La raccorderia iso-technik è realizzata mediante la sal-
datura dei raccordi della gamma fusio-technik a segmenti
di tubo della serie faser FIBER-T, faser FIBER-COND e
faser FIBER-LIGHT. I raccordi utilizzati sono del tipo:
• in PP-R (SDR 5)
fino al Ø 125 mm
• in PP-RCT (SDR 11 e SDR 17,6) dal Ø 160 mm.
I manufatti cos
ì realizzati vengono poi preisolati in PUR
(schiuma poliuretanica rigida) e protetti da un tubo guaina
casing. Ogni estremit
à viene protetta da appositi tappi
e ogni raccordo viene poi confezionato singolarmente.
Il reparto produttivo della gamma iso-technik, al
fine
di sopperire alle richieste ed esigenze del mercato,
è
inoltre in grado di realizzare pezzi speciali su speci
fiche
richieste di progetto.
Il reparto
è supportato da un team tecnico composto da
personale qualificato che, oltre a gestire la parte proget-
tuale necessaria alla realizzazione dei particolari creati su
misura per il cliente,
è in grado di guidare lo stesso nella
scelta della pi
ù appropriata tipologia di prodotto, in funzione
delle condizioni d’impiego.
The iso-technik fittings are made by welding fusio-tech-
nik fittings with segmented pipes of the faser FIBER-T,
faser FIBER-COND and faser FIBER-LIGHT ranges.
Employed fittings are of the following types:
• of PP-R (SDR 5) up to Ø 125 mm
•of PP-RCT (SDR 11 e SDR 17,6) up to Ø 160 mm.
Thus made products are then pre-insulated by PUR (ri-
gid polyurethanic foam) and protected by casing sheath
hose. Each end is protected by special caps, then each
fitting is individually packaged.
Iso-technik Department, in order to meet market requests
and requirements, can made special parts on speci
fic
design requests.
This department is supported by a technical studio with a
team of quali
fied personnel who, in addition to managing
the design part needed to create the details tailored to the
customer, is also able to suggest the customer in choosing
the most appropriate type of product, based on the condi-
tions of use.
