BREEAM

Il GreenGuard è una Certificazione di Prodotto Ambientale che

attesta l’emissione di bassi livelli di sostanze chimiche, come fta-

lati, benzene, ammine e formaldeide. Ha particolare importanza

per quelle aziende che, come ITALGRANITI GROUP, partecipano

a forniture contract legate a protocolli di green building, come il

LEED statunitense. Questi sistemi di rating attribuiscono all’edifi-

cio un punteggio basato sui materiali che esso impiega. Insieme

ad altre certificazioni, GreenGuard assegna al prodotto impiegato

un credito che concorre a definire il punteggio dell’edificio. Nata

negli USA per volontà di un organismo senza fini di lucro, Gre-

enGuard prevede che i prodotti siano sottoposti a test scientifici

indipendenti e a un monitoraggio continuo delle emissioni chimi-

che. Ottengono la certificazione quei prodotti che ne soddisfano

gli standard rigorosi, basati su criteri stabiliti da importanti agen-

zie di salute pubblica.

GreenGuard ist eine Umweltzertifizierung für Produkte, die nur

geringe Mengen an Chemikalien wie Phthalate, Benzol, Amine

und Formaldehyd enthalten. Sie ist besonders für Unternehmen

sehr wichtig, die wie die ITALGRANITI GROUP an Ausschrei-

bungen teilnehmen, die mit Protokollen für grünes Bauen, wie

dem amerikanischen LEED, verbunden sind. Diese Systeme

bewerten die Gebäude aufgrund der verwendeten Materialien.

Zusammen mit anderen Zertifizierungen ermöglicht GreenGuard

eine bessere Bewertung des Gebäudes. GreenGuard entstand in

den USA über eine gemeinnützigen Organisation und verlangt,

dass Produkte unabhängigen wissenschaftlichen Tests und einer

kontinuierlichen Überwachung der chemischen Emissionen un-

terzogen werden. Zertifiziert werden Produkte, die die strengen

Anforderungen erfüllen, die auf den Kriterien der führenden Ge-

sundheitsbehörden basieren.

The GreenGuard is an Environmental Product Certification that

certifies the emission of low levels of chemicals, such as phthala-

tes, benzene, amines and formaldehyde. It has particular impor-

tance for those companies that, like ITALGRANITI GROUP, par-

ticipate in contract supplies linked to green building protocols,

such as the US LEED. These rating systems give the building a

score based on the materials it uses. Together with other certifi-

cations, GreenGuard assigns the product used a credit that con-

tributes to the building’s score. Created in the US by a non-profit

organisation, GreenGuard requires products to undergo inde-

pendent scientific testing and continuous monitoring of chemical

emissions. Those products that meet strict standards, based on

criteria set by leading public health agencies, are certified.

La certification GreenGuard est une certification environnemen-

tale qui atteste qu’un produit émet de faibles niveaux de substan-

ces chimiques comme les phtalates, les benzènes, les amines et

les formaldéhydes. Elle revêt une importance particulière pour

les entreprises qui, comme ITALGRANITI GROUP, participent

à des projets immobiliers en application de protocoles de con-

struction écologique, comme la certification LEED américaine.

Ces systèmes de notation attribuent des points au bâtiment en

WELL

WELLTM Building Standard (WELLTM) è il primo sistema di rating

per l’edilizia sostenibile che consente di misurare, certificare e

monitorare le caratteristiche dell’edificio che hanno un impatto

sulla salute e sul benessere degli occupanti. Il WELLTM fornisce

un percorso per integrare e misurare i temi della salute umana e

del benessere nella progettazione, costruzione e gestione di edi-

fici. Per ottenere la certificazione WELLTM Building StandardTM,

l’edificio deve essere sottoposto a un processo che comprende

una valutazione in loco e una verifica delle prestazioni da parte

di un certificatore abilitato. Tutte le collezioni Italgraniti contribui-

scono al raggiungimento dei crediti WELLTM.

rteilung und eine Leistungsüberprüfung durch einen zugelasse-

nen Zertifizierer umfasst. Alle Italgraniti-Kollektionen tragen zum

Erreichen der WELLTM-Punkte bei.

I Criteri Ambientali Minimi (CAM) sono i requisiti ambientali ed

ecologici definiti dal Ministero dell’Ambiente. Con decreto 23

giugno 2022 il Ministero della Transizione Ecologica ha dispo-

sto la loro revisione (Criteri ambientali minimi per l’affidamento

del servizio di progettazione ed esecuzione dei lavori di inter-

venti edilizi). I CAM mirano a facilitare l’inserimento di requisiti

di eco-sostenibilità nelle gare d’appalto per interventi pubblici.

L’obiettivo è quello di stimolare acquisti che minimizzino l’uso di

risorse naturali e il consumo di energia, che contribuiscano inoltre

alla diffusione di fonti rinnovabili, riducano la produzione di rifiuti,

le emissioni inquinanti nell’aria, nell’acqua e nel suolo ed che eli-

minino le sostanze ambientalmente pericolose. Grazie ad un si-

stema di gestione ambientale sostenibile, alla certificazione EPD

e in accordo con lo standard internazionale ISO 14021, Italgraniti

contribuisce ad un’edilizia di qualità e prestazioni al di sopra della

media di settore.

Mit Erlass vom 23. Juni 2022 ordnete das Ministerium für den

tung erneuerbarer Quellen beitragen, die Abfallproduktion und

Schadstoffemissionen in Luft, Wasser und Boden reduzieren und

umweltgefährdende Stoffe abschaffen. Dank eines nachhaltigen

Umweltmanagementsystems, der EPD-Zertifizierung und in

Übereinstimmung mit der internationalen Norm ISO 14021 trägt

The Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) are the environmen-

tal and ecological requirements defined by the Italian Ministry

of the Environment. By decree of 23 June 2022, the Ministry of

Ecological Transition ordered their revision (Minimum Environ-

mental Criteria for the awarding of design and execution servi-

ces for building works). CAM aims to facilitate the inclusion of

eco-sustainability requirements in tenders for public operations.

The aim is to stimulate purchases that minimise the use of natu-

ral resources and energy consumption levels, which also contri-

bute towards the spread of renewable sources, reducing waste

production, polluting emissions into the air, water and soil, and

which eradicate environmentally hazardous substances. Thanks

to a sustainable environmental management system, to the EPD

certification and in accordance with international standard ISO

14021, Italgraniti contributes towards quality construction with

performance levels above the industry average.
