ECONOMIZZATORE

Sistema di preriscaldo acqua di alimentazione per generatore di vapore

posto sull’uscita fumi, atto a recuperare

fino a 4 punti percentuali

(rendimento globale circa 94%), del tipo a tubi di acciaio alettati per

aumentare la superficie di scambio, completamente in acciaio al carbonio,

atto ad abbattere la temperatura dei fumi di combustione di circa 110°C

circa, completo di canalizzazioni di attacco all’uscita fumi e di accessori

idonei per un corretto funzionamento.

ECONOMISER

Flue-water heat exchanger made up of steel or stainless steel tube divided

into serpentine groups. Isolated case, arranged with conic connections

to chimney and directly integrate on the boiler top flue exit or installed

separate with a conic connection behind the boiler flues

flange. The

economizer permits to utilize residual heat from

flue gas, otherwise lost at

the chimney, preheating the feeding water. In this way the boiler efficiency

increase of 4%.

LADDER AND WALKWAY

Ladder and walkway to safely access the top part of the boiler, designed

and built using carbon steel section bars with suitable joints, as required by

EN standards.

PRERISCALDATORE D’ARIA

Sistema completo di preriscaldamento aria comburente, per innalzare il

rendimento di 4 punti (rendimento globale circa 94%) composto da:

• preriscaldatore aria a tubi lisci posto nella parte alta del generatore

• condotto aria/fumi

• soffietti antivibranti ove necessario

• uscita fumi flangiata

AIR PREHEATER

System complete with combustion air preheater to increase efficiency by 4

percent (overall efficiency around 94%), made up of:

• smooth tube air preheater located at the top of the boiler

• air/

flue gas duct

• vibration dampers where necessary

•

flanged flue gas outlet

SURRISCALDATORE VAPORE

corpo surriscaldatore costituito da una batteria di scambio a tubo

accoppiato alla caldaia, ed integrato nella camera fumo anteriore,

temperatura di uscita vapore secondo le esigenze, completo di valvola

di intercettazione, valvola di sicurezza e tubazione di connessione tra

generatore e surriscaldatore (escluso isolamento tubazioni).

STEAM SUPERHEATER

Superheater body made up of a tube heat exchanger coil coupled to the

boiler and incorporated into the front smokebox, steam outlet temperature

based on requirements, complete with on-off valve, safety valve and

connection pipes between the boiler and superheater (pipe insulation not

included).
