ACCESSORIES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

• Preriscaldatore d’aria: è uno scambiatore fumi/aria

che va inserito nel circuito fumi tra caldaia e camino.

Consente recuperi di rendimento termico dell’ordine

del 4%. Per tale soluzione

è necessario disporre di un

bruciatore tipo industriale con ventilatore separato da

montare a monte del preriscaldatore stesso.

• Bruciatore: marchio e tipologia secondo le indicazioni

del cliente.

• Piastra porta bruciatore perforata secondo le

indicazioni del cliente.

• Gruppo pompa circolazione olio con 1 o 2 pompe,

completo di valvole, filtri, compensatori e manometro.

• Pannello strumenti completo di termoregolatori di

lavoro e di sicurezza.

• Quadro elettrico di comando impianto (caldaia,

pompa circolazione, vaso espansione ecc.).

• Pompa caricamento olio.

• Degasatore olio: barilotto degasatore per

l’eliminazione ottimale di aria in fase di carico e di

esercizio del riscaldatore.

• Serbatoio raccolta olio.

• Vaso espansione aperto.

• Vaso espansione pressurizzato.

• Il sistema di controllo è costituito da un PLC dotato

di interfaccia operatore Touch Panel a colori di

elevate prestazioni. Tramite l’interfaccia è possibile

supervisionare il funzionamento dell’insieme Caldaia-

Bruciatore-Impianto.

• Termoregolazione pneumatica con valvole

di intercettazione. In caso di collegamento con

Evaporatore possono essere previsti a richiesta:

• Collegamento idraulico tra ELICOIL NO ed

Evaporatore.

• Air preheater: a

flue gas/air heat exchanger to be

installed in the flue gas circuit between the boiler and

the chimney. This increases thermal efficiency by

around 4%. This solution requires an industrial burner

with separate fan to be installed upstream of the

preheater.

• Burner: brand and type chosen based on customer

speci

fications.

• Perforated burner plate based on customer

speci

fications.

• Oil circulating pump assembly with 1 or 2 pumps,

complete with valves, filters, compensators and

pressure gauge.

• Instrument panel complete with operating and safety

temperature controllers.

• System electrical control panel (boiler, circulating

pump, expansion vessel etc.).

• Oil degasser: degasser tank for optimum air removal

when filling the heater and during operation.

• Oil collection tank.

fitted with high performance Touch

Panel colour operator interface. The interface can be

used to manage operation of the Boiler-Burner-Central

Heating System.

• Pneumatic temperature control with on-off valves.

If an evaporator is connected the following are

• Hydraulic connection between ELICOIL NO and

Evaporator.
