The young and newly educated employees bring new knowledge and methods into the company,
whereas the employees with higher seniority contribute with experience and know-how. We
need to create a work atmosphere increasing knowledge sharing. As a family-owned company,
long-term relationships with our employees, clients and designers are highly appreciated and
prioritised.
More than half of the employees have less than five years of seniority in the company. A clear
sign of the increasing growth that Fredericia have experienced in the last years, including the
acquisition of Erik Jørgensen.
