Architetto Giuliano Pannacci titolare dello studio ArchStudio in Gubbio. Lo studio svolge attività nel campo

della nuova progettazione e nella ristrutturazione di immobili prevalentemente residenziali e nell’allestimento

di negozi, showroom per una committenza quasi esclusivamente privata. L’attività dello studio nasce dalla

collaborazione stretta con il committente, dalle sue aspettative, dai suoi interessi, proponendo varie soluzioni

alternative e prosegue con la scelta dei materiali, degli arredi, fino alla consegna dei lavori. Particolare cura

nell’approccio ad un nuovo progetto è dedicata alla fase di progettazione preliminare, attraverso la modellazione

tridimensionale e la restituzione grafica e fotorealistica degli ambienti e dell’intero progetto. Questo approccio

permette di controllare preventivamente le varie opportunità che può offrire il progetto dal punto di vista

spaziale, distributivo, della scelta delle finiture e dei materiali, facilitando la scelta del committente. Lo studio

inoltre, si avvale della collaborazione di figure esterne selezionate, nel campo dell’ingegneria strutturale ed

impiantistica, garantendo una gestione generale integrata e coordinata di tutti i progetti.

Architect Giuliano Pannacci, owner of ArchStudio in Gubbio. The firm works in the field of new design and

renovation of mainly residential buildings and in the fitting out of shops and showrooms for almost exclusively

private clients. The firm’s work starts with close cooperation with the client, his or her expectations, his or her

interests, proposing various alternative solutions, and continues with the choice of materials, furnishings, up to

the delivery of the work. When approaching a new project, particular care is devoted to the preliminary design

phase, through three-dimensional modelling and the graphic and photorealistic rendering of the spaces and

of the entire project. This approach makes it possible to check in advance the various opportunities that

the project may offer in terms of space, distribution, choice of finishes and materials, facilitating the client’s

choice. The firm also collaborates with selected external professionals in the field of structural and plant

engineering, ensuring an integrated and coordinated overall management of all projects.
