Linea tubi CSST SOLAR-THIN-POWER in

acciaio inox AISI 304 con rivestimento

isolante termico a basso spessore per

impianti solari termici

La linea SOLARTHINPOWER è composta da

tubazioni corrugate formabili CSST in acciaio

inossidabile AISI 304 dello spessore di 0,3 mm

preisolate con poliuretano espanso flessibile

di speciale formulazione che la rende utilizza-

bile per temperature in continuo fino a 150°C.

L’isolante termico è rivestito da uno strato in alluminio (eleva-

tissima resistenza alla diffusione del vapore acqueo con con-

seguente mantenimento delle caratteristiche di isolamento

termico per la limitata tendenza alla formazione di condensa

quando la temperatura del fluido trasportato è pari al punto

di rugiada dell’aria dell’ambiente esterno) a sua volta ricoper-

to da una pellicola altamente protettiva dai raggi UV e dalle

usure meccaniche.

Le tubazioni binate preisolate SOLARTHINPOWER possono

essere facilmente separate e piegate a mano per assumere

la forma desiderata agevolando la posa in opera delle linee

all’esterno ed all’interno degli edifici. Sono inoltre comple-

te di cavo elettrico multipolare inserito in uno dei due tubi,

favorendo il riconoscimento immediato della mandata e del

ritorno dell’impianto.

Sono anche disponili tubazioni singole preisolate con o senza

cavo multipolare.

SOLARTHINPOWER composed by CSST tube

in AISI 304, thickness 0,3 mm, preinsulated

with a special formulation of flexible expand-

ed polyurethane that makes the tube suitable

for continuous operative temperature up to

150°C.

The thermal insulation is covered by an aluminium layer (very

high resistance to the water vapour diffusion with the conse-

quent maintenance of the thermal insulation characteristics

for the limited tendency to condensation when the tempera-

ture of the supplied fluid is at the dew point of the air in the

outside environment) that is in turn covered by a film high

protective from UV rays and mechanical wears.

SOLARTHINPOWER tubes are coupled and can be separated

easily.This tube can be handly bended to make easier the lay-

ing of the line both inside and outside the buildings.

The electric multipolar cable is included in one of the tube

for an immediate identification of delivery and return of the

plant.

SOLARTHINPOWER is available also as single tube with or

without multipolar cable.
