STEP. 1

• Usando solo i fori superiori, montare le

semiflange S sulle controflange C.

• Avvitare i dadi (N1) sull’estremità delle

viti.

• Non serrare i dadi, lasciando le semiflan-

gia libera di muoversi. Usare viti lunghe

almeno 60 mm.

STEP. 2

• Inserire il corpo valvola dal basso verso

l’alto, inserendolo tra le semiflange S.

• Agevolare l’introduzione muovendo le

semiflange verso l’esterno.

STEP. 3

• Posizionare le viti (V3) nei fori inferiori e

avvitare i dadi (N3) sull’estremità delle viti.

• Non serrare i dadi, lasciando la semiflan-

gia libera di muoversi.

DN 50 flanges INSTALLATION

STEP. 1

• Using upper holes, mount add-on flanges S

on counter flanges C.

• Screw the nuts (N1) on the screws ends.

• Do not tighten the nuts, in order to let the

semi-flange free to move. Use 60 mm mini-

mum long screw.

STEP. 2

• Insert the valve body between the add-on

flanges, from the bottom side and moving it

upwards till it is aligned with the pipe axis.

• In case ease the insertion moving add-on

flanges S outwards.

STEP. 3

• Put the scerw (V3) into the lower holes and

screw the nuts (N3) on the screws ends.

• Do not tighten the nuts, in order to let the

add-on flanges free to move.

STEP. 4

• Importante: NON serrare i dadi comple-

tamente in un’unica manovra.

• Serrare i dadi progressivamente ed in

croce (seguendo l’ordine ABCD come in-

dicato per esempio in fig. 4).
