Planning a pumping station

1 Select a system base

with suitable pump

capacity

Determine the required pump capacity (e.g. with

the calculation module from SmartSelect) and

select the corresponding system base with

the help of the power diagram.

2 Select an system chamber

with suitable cover

Depending on the installation situation, when installing

underground or in a floor slab, the system chamber can

be combined with different upper sections and covers.

From class K 3 to class D. In addition, you can also

choose between the 600 mm diameter and 800 mm

diameter access openings (note that a minimum inlet

depth of 1,780 mm is required for the 600 mm access

opening).

For 600 mm diameter access openings

an inlet depth of at least 1.780 mm is required

for maintenance.

Class D installations require a concrete load distribu-

tion plate if road surface does not provide proper load

distribution.
