dall’evoluzione dei processi costruttivi
della storica serie EKO. Difatti il
prodotto viene interamente costruito
con macchinari studiati appositamente
per EKOTEK a ciclo produttivo
completo. Tali migliorie tecnologiche
ci hanno permesso di concepire un
prodotto altamente performante
e durevole nel tempo. Il disegno
essenziale di tutti i prodotti li rende
adatti a tutti gli ambienti. I prodotti
sono realizzati in tubo d’acciaio di alto
spessore e vengono forniti di serie con
viteria in acciaio inox a4, inattaccabile
dagli agenti atmosferici, a garanzia
della massima resistenza e durata
nel tempo. Gli ausili sono garantiti
per una portata di 150 Kg. Il sistema
di fissaggio a muro di tutti i prodotti
è realizzato in materiale plastico
ulTRafOM ad altissima resistenza,
ed è stato studiato sia per garantire
una tenuta sicura che per rendere i
maniglioni isolati da qualsiasi corrente
vacante. Inoltre tutti tubolari sono
sottoposti a trattamento di Cataforesi
e successivamente verniciati con
vernice epossidica avente finitura liscia
bianco Ral 1030.

The sICuRa
®
grab bars range
was born during the evolution of
the construction process of the
historical EKO range of products.
The product is entirely constructed
with machines studied expressly for
the complete production cycle of the
EKOTEK series. such technological
improvements have allowed us to
create a highly-performing and
durable product.
The essential pattern of all our
products makes them suitable for all
bath environments. The products are
made from thick steel tubing and are
supplied with stainless steel a4 screws
that are impervious to atmospheric
agents and guaranteed to be of the
highly resistant over time. Grab bars
are guaranteed to support a weight
up to 150 kilograms. The system
for the wall fastenings of all of the
products is made of ulTRafOM
plastic material of extreme resistance,
which has been studied both to
guarantee a secure hold and to render
the grip bars insulated from any stray
electric current. all tubular elements
undergo a process of cataphoresis
and are subsequently varnished with a
smooth white Ral 1030 epoxy finish.

Tales mejoras tecnológicas nos han
permitido concebir un producto de
alto rendimiento y duradero en el
tiempo. El diseño esencial de todos
los productos los hace adecuados a

son fabricados en tubo de acero de
gran espesor y vienen de serie con
tornillería en acero inoxidable a4,

a pared de todos los productos se

Die sICuRa serie Großer Griffen
ist die Entwicklung der Bau-
Prozesse der historischen serie

Il processo di cataforesi è un trattamento superficiale
di verniciatura ad immersione in grado di conferire a
elementi in acciaio e altre leghe (conduttori di corrente)
una notevole resistenza alla corrosione; è caratterizzata dal
deposito uniforme di una resina epossidica o acrilica sulla
superficie dell’elemento, assicurando per lungo tempo
una sTRaORDINaRIa PROTEZIONE nei confronti degli
agenti chimici e di altri tipi di attacchi, permettendo inoltre
una migliore adesione delle vernici di finitura. la resina
acrilica si differenzia dalla epossidica perché può rimanere
a contatto diretto con gli agenti atmosferici mantenendo
le caratteristiche tecniche. Con questo trattamento si
assicura una maggiore protezione dalla ossidazione.
Questa tecnologia è molto diffusa nel settore dell’industria
automobilistica. Grazie a questa innovativa tecnologia
( nuova nel settore ) i maniglioni della serie sicura
mantengono inalterate le proprie caratteristiche nel tempo.
• DETAILS OF THE PROCESS OF CATAPHORESIS:
The process of cataphoresis is a surface treatment of varnishing
by immersion that confers on steel elements a notable resistance
to corrosion. It is characterized by the application of a uniform
coating of epoxy or acrylic resin to the surfaces of the product,
assuring long-lasting and EXTRaORDINaRY PROTECTION
against external elements. With this treatment the elements gain
greater protection against rusting. Thanks to this new technology,
sicura grab bars maintain their features over time unchanged.
• CURIOSIDAD: EL PROCESO DE CATAFORESIS
El proceso de cataforesis es un tratamiento superficial de pintura
por inmersión capaz de conferir a los elementos de acero una
resistencia notable a la corrosión. se caracteriza por el depósito
uniforme de una resina epoxídica o acrílica sobre la superficie del
elemento, asegurando una EXTRaORDINaRIa PROTECCIóN
en el tiempo en cuanto se refiere a agentes externos. Con
este tratamiento se asegura una mayor protección contra la
oxidación. Gracias a esta nueva tecnología las barras de la serie
sicura mantienen inalteradas sus características en el tiempo.
• PARTICULARITÉ PROCEDÉ D’ÉLECTROPHORÈSE
