nasce
dall’evoluzione dei processi costruttivi
della storica serie EKO. Difatti il prodotto
viene interamente costruito con
macchinari studiati appositamente per
EKOTEK a ciclo produttivo completo. Tali
migliorie tecnologiche ci hanno permesso
di concepire un prodotto altamente
performante e durevole nel tempo. Il
disegno essenziale di tutti i prodotti li
rende adatti a tutti gli ambienti. I prodotti
sono realizzati in tubo d’acciaio di alto
spessore e vengono forniti di serie con
viteria in acciaio inox a4, inattaccabile
dagli agenti atmosferici, a garanzia
della massima resistenza e durata nel
tempo. Gli ausili sono garantiti per una
portata di 150 Kg. Il sistema di fissaggio
a muro di tutti i prodotti è realizzato
in materiale plastico ulTRafOM ad
altissima resistenza, ed è stato studiato
per garantire una tenuta sicura e per
rendere i maniglioni isolati da qualsiasi
corrente vagante. Inoltre tutti i tubolari
sono sottoposti a trattamento di
Cataforesi e successivamente il prodotto
di questa linea viene sottoposto a
sgrassamento, lavaggio con prodotti
alcalini, applicazione primer con effetto
aggrappante ed anticorrosivo, ed infine
rivestito con materiale plastico isolante
in NYlON RIlsaN
®

con spessore di circa 200 microns in
bagno fluido.

processo di cataforesi Ø 30 mm e rivestito

C) Piastra-flangia di fissaggio in materiale

construye enteramente con maquinaria
oportunamente estudiada por EKOTEK
en un ciclo productivo completo. Tales
mejoras tecnológicas nos han permitido
concebir un producto de alto rendimiento
y duradero en el tiempo. El diseño esencial
de todos los productos los hace adecuados
a todos los ambientes. los productos
son fabricados en tubo de acero de gran
espesor y vienen de serie con tornillería
en acero inoxidable a4, protegidos de
los agentes atmosféricos, con garantía de
máxima resistencia y duración en el tiempo.
las barras de seguridad están garantizados
para un peso de 150kg. El sistema de fijación
a pared de todos los productos se realiza
con material plástico ulTRafOM de altísima
resistencia. Este material ha sido estudiado
para garantizar un anclaje seguro y para aislar
las barras de corrientes vacantes. además,
todos los tubos son sometidos a tratamiento
de cataforesis. Después, el producto de esta
línea es sometido a desengrase, lavado con
productos alcalinos, aplicación primer con
efecto sujeción y anticorrosivo y, finalmente,

die Entwicklung der Bau-Prozesse
der historischen serie EKO. In der Tat

-Nylon è un rivestimento sintetico termoplastico
in polvere poliammide di origine vegetale che può essere
applicato per immersione in vasca a letto fluido mediante
proiezione elettrostatica, mediante proiezione a caldo (come
nel nostro caso) o mediante tecniche diverse in funzione del
prodotto da rivestire. Il Rilsan

-Nylon è molto flessibile ed in
grado di sopportare notevoli curvature senza subire alterazioni
e dispersioni. Questa proprietà lo rende particolarmente adatto
per l’impiego con rivestimento dei nostri maniglioni. Il Rilsan

Nylon è particolarmente resistente ad un’ampia gamma di
sostanze chimiche ed è adatto per applicazioni che prevedono
il contatto diretto con l’acqua sia dolce che salata, in quanto
garantisce la completa protezione dalla corrosione; difatti i nostri
test denominati “stress a lungo tempo” effettuati sui maniglioni
®
dimostrano che essi, con il rivestimento Rilsan -Nylon, dopo 1000
ore in immersione in acqua salina non presentano alcun tipo di
alterazione. Oltre che alle caratteristiche tecniche ed intrinseche
del materiale i nostri maniglioni presentano le seguenti peculiarità:
- i maniglioni hanno un effetto soft e caldo al tatto;
- grazie alle proprietà antibatteriche del polimero garantiscono la
massima igiene;
