• Prima dell’installazione di un prodotto CIMM è

necessario un corretto dimensionamento del vaso e

dell’impianto stesso. A tal proposito è disponibile un

• La scelta, l’installazione, la manutenzione e/o

specifici interventi sui nostri prodotti, dovranno

essere eseguiti esclusivamente da personale

specializzato e sotto la loro responsabilità.

• Al fine della validità della garanzia, è necessario

eseguire una manutenzione periodica del vaso,

almeno una volta l’anno. Prima di eseguire la

manutenzione accertarsi che il vaso di espansione

sia scaricato completamente dall’acqua e che tutte

le parti elettriche dell’impianto non siano sotto

tensione. Qualora sia necessario ripristinare il valore

di pressione di precarica, riportare la pressione al

valore indicato nell’etichetta.

• Accertarsi che la temperatura dei fluidi non superi

lo standard costruttivo indicato nell'etichetta e nel

catalogo.

• Se per esigenze d’impianto, si rendesse necessaria

una modifica della pressione di precarica, è

importante rispettare la corretta procedura che

dovrà essere richiesta al nostro ufficio tecnico.

CIMM non risponde per non conformità/danni

derivanti da variazioni di precarica erroneamente

eseguite.

• Si raccomanda di leggere attentamente le istruzioni

operative per l’uso riportate nel libretto di uso e

manutenzione che accompagna il vaso e che si può

consultare liberamente nel sito internet

• Before installing a CIMM product, it is necessary

to carry out the correct sizing and measuring

procedures for the expansion tank and for the

installation process itself. Check out our software

program, which will be able to help you with

measuring and quantitative evaluations, readily

• Any type of choice, installation, maintenance and/or

technical work must be performed only by qualified

and trained experts under their own responsibilities.

• For the validity of the guarantee, it is recommended

to check the tank at least once a year, in order to

make sure that the tank’s pre-charge pressure is

working properly. Before doing the maintenance,

verify that the expansion tank is completely drained

from water and disconnect all electrical parts of the

plant. To restore the pre-charge pressure, please refer

to the value indicated on the label.

• It is recommended that the temperature of liquids

does not exceed the standard set up as per tanks

label and catalogue.

• Whenever modifications to the pre-charge value

are necessary, it is important to follow the correct

procedure that has to be requested to our technical

office. CIMM is not responsible for non-conformities

or damages which may arise from an incorrect

modification of the pre-charge value.
