ICE ROAD Deghiacciante atossico

Soluzione sghiacciante ecologica, a rapida azione e lunga durata. A base di prodotti

ecologici e inibitori di corrosione esplica funzione sghiacciante e preventiva, efficace e

rispettoso dell’ambiente usato sulle piste aeroportuali di atterraggio e partenza, piste di

rullaggio e piste di trasferimento, oltre che su strade e piazzali di comunità o ambienti

industriali o abitativi con lo scopo di migliorarne la sicurezza ed aumentare il flusso del

traffico. Il prodotto non è tossico, né nocivo per animali, gli organismi acquatici e gli esseri

umani. ICeroAD inoltre non è classificato come irritante. Il prodotto è quindi partico-

larmente indicato per impieghi ove sussistano pericoli di contaminazione alimentare o

di accidentale ingestione e può essere impiegato anche da operatori non specializzati

o privati. ICeroAD soddisfa inoltre quanto prescritto dalle specifiche AmS 1434A ed è

classificato WGK1 grazie alle sue eccellenti proprietà biodegradabili ed alla sua bassa

tossicità acquatica (WGK è un metodo tedesco di classificare i prodotti chimici in tre clas-

si (da 1 a 3) per quanto riguarda la pericolosità nell’acqua; ICeroAD è in classe 1, il che

significa che ha un rischio per l’acqua molto basso). Applicato con mezzi meccanici o erogatori a spruzzo,

lo sghiacciante rimuove la neve e il ghiaccio in maniera veloce, economica e di lunga durata senza arrecare

danno alle strutture metalliche cementizie e bituminose, è quindi ideale per gli arredi urbani anche di metalli

meno resistenti alla corrosione.

MODO D’USO:

Funzione anti-ghiaccio

Applicare il prodotto con un erogatore per liquidi (pompette manuali a pressione o meccaniche) prima che

si formi il gelo: la tanica da 6 Kg tratta circa 300 m2 di superficie, una tanica da 12 Kg è in grado di trattare

oltre 600 m2 di superficie, mentre la tanica da 30 Kg tratta ben 1500 m2.

Funzione sghiacciante

Applicare il prodotto dopo che si è formato lo strato di ghiaccio: la tanica da 6 Kg tratta circa 150 - 200 m2 di

superficie, con la tanica da 12 Kg si potranno trattare dai 300 ai 400 m2 di superficie, mentre con la tanica

da 30 Kg si tratteranno circa 900 - 1000 m2. ICeroAD non necessita la miscelazione con sabbia date le

proprietà antiscivolo.

Non toxic de-icing / anti ice solution

Eco-friendly quick action and long lasting de-icing solution. Eco-friendly product and corrosion inhibitor-ba-

sed product with an effective de-icing and preventive action while being eco-friendly. It is suitable for use on

runways, taxiways and transfertracks, in addition to roads and service areas of communities, industrial sites

or residential areas to enhance safety and improve the traffic flow. The product is non-toxic and harmless to

animals, aquatic life and humans. Moreover ICEROAD is not classified as irritant and is therefore particularly

indicated for use where there is a risk of food contamination or accidental ingestion and can be used by

either skilled operators or private individuals. Furthermore ICEROAD meets AMS 1434A specifications and

is classified WGK1 thanks to its excellent biodegradability and its low aquatic toxicity (WGK is a German

method used to classify chemicals - classes 1 to 3 - as with regard to water dangerousness; ICEROAD is

a class 1 product, which means it has a very low water hazard risk). It can be applied using mechanical

devices or spray systems. A rapid, inexpensive and long lasting solution to remove snow and ice without

damaging metal, concrete and bituminous structures which makes it therefore ideal for street furniture of

less corrosion-resistant metals, too.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE:

Anti-icing function: Apply the product using a liquid dispenser (pressure hand pumps or mechanical pu-

mps) before ice forms: a 6 kg jerrycan is sufficient to treat a surface area of 300 m2; a 12 kg jerrycan is suffi-

cient to treat a surface area of over 600 m2 whereas the 30 kg jerrycan can treat a surface area of 1500 m2.

De-icing function: Apply the product after ice has formed: a 6 kg jerrycan is sufficient to treat a surface

area of 150 - 200 m2; a 12 kg jerrycan is sufficient to treat a surface area of 300 - 400 m2 whereas the 30

kg jerrycan can treat a surface area of 900 – 1000 m2. Thanks to its anti-slip properties ICEROAD does not

need to be mixed with sand.
