ANTINEX 7.0 Scioglifanghi impianti vecchi

Additivo risanante per impianti termici a pH equilibrato, idoneo per impianti datati o vetusti. Dissolutore di

fanghi, con azione antincrostante in grado di rimuovere morchie e depositi a base di ossidi di ferro e sali

di calcio all’interno dei circuiti di riscaldamento ad alta ed a bassa temperatura. MODO D’USO: utilizzare

AnTIneX 7.0 in ragione del 1 - 2 % del fluido circolante nell’impianto. Far circolare a regime la caldaia per 15

– 20 gg a seconda della vetustà dell’impianto proteggendo la caldaia con apposito filtro WL-FILmAT rAH HoT

con cartuccia WL-CArT rAH HoT. Successivamente scaricare tutto il liquido ed effettuare un controlavaggio

con acqua. Caricare nuovamente l’impianto additivandolo con l’anticorrosivo filmante della Serie FILmAX.

Sludge remover for old systems

Sanitizing agent for heating system with balanced pH, suitable for old or ancient systems. Sludge

dissolver, with disincrustant action able to remove sludge and oxides of iron’s deposits and calcium salts

inside of the heating circuits at high and low temperature. INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Use ANTINEx

7.0 to the ratio of 1 - 2 % of the liquid circulating inside the plant. Make the boiler work to the maximum

speed for 15 – 20 days according to the plant age protecting the heater with special filter WL-FILMAT

RAH HOT with cartridge WL-CART RAH HOT. Then drain all the liquid and carry out counterwashing

with water. Fill the plant again adding the anticorrosive film forming FILMAx Series.

proteggendo gli impianti e riducendo la successiva formazione di incrostazioni. MODO D’USO: utilizzare

AnTIneX in ragione del 2 - 3 % del fluido circolante nell’ impianto. Far circolare a regime la caldaia per

15 - 20 gg a seconda della vetustà dell’ impianto. Successivamente scaricare tutto il liquido ed effettuare

un controlavaggio con acqua. Caricare nuovamente l’impianto additivandolo con l’ anticorrosivo filmante

della Serie FILmAX. I tempi di intervento si riducono drasticamente utilizzando apposita pompa Disiflux.

Sludge remover with bactericide

Scale remover, detergent for oxides, sludge and mud. It also exerts an anticorrosive action protecting

the installations and reducing the excessive formation of encrustations. INSTRUCTION FOR USE:

Use ANTINEx to the ratio of 2 - 3 % of the liquid circulating inside the plant. Make the boiler work to

the maximum speed for 15 - 20 days according to the plant age. Then drain all the liquid and carry out

counterwashing with water. Fill the plant again adding the anticorrosive film forming FILMAx Series. The

times of intervention are drastically reduced by using special Disiflux Pump.

FERRONEX Decapante impianti termici

Decapante, flussante, sciogliruggine per la rimozione di scorie corrosive e depositi di calcare. utile su impianti

nuovi, indispensabile su impianti esistenti non totalmente arrugginiti. Può essere usato su sistemi multimetallici.

Aiuta a mantenere l’efficienza del sistema e a conservare il combustibile. MODO D’USO: Prima della messa

in funzione dell’impianto, FerroneX dovrà essere dosato al 1 - 2 % e fatto circolare, preferibilmente a

temperatura operativa normale, con tutte le valvole aperte e la pompa regolata al massimo flusso per un periodo

minimo di 1 ora o fino a che l’esecuzione non è portata a termine in modo soddisfacente. Dopo la pulizia, il

prodotto dovrà essere scaricato e spurgato fino a che l’acqua non scorre chiara. In ogni caso attenersi alle

prescrizioni tecniche secondo norme unI 8065:2019, unI 8364:07 e BS 7593/92.

Pickling solution for thermal systems

Pickling and flushing rust dissolver to remove slag and scale. Useful on new systems, necessary on older

ones. Can be used for multi-metal systems. It helps maintaining systems efficiency and conserves energy.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Before the commissioning of the plant, Ferronex should be dosed at 1 – 2 % and let

circulate, preferably at normal operating temperature, with all valves open and the pump set to maximum flow

for a period of at least 1 hour or until the execution is not completed in a satisfactory manner. After cleaning,

the product must be drained and flushed until the water runs clear. Ferronex is suitable for use with all common

metals and alloys. In any case comply with the technical provisions according to UNI 8065:2019 UNI 8364:07
