passivation and protection of aluminum and aluminum-silicon combustion chambers of condensing boilers

following the descaling treatment.

Passivante-sanificante studiato appositamente per la protezione delle camere di combustione

in alluminio e alluminio-silicio delle caldaie a condensazione una volta eseguito il trattamento

disincrostante con THermoCLeAn.

Passivating for condensing boilers

Passivating sanitizer specifically designed to protect the combustion chambers of aluminum and aluminum-

silicon of the condensation boilers, once performed the descaling treatment with THERMOCLEAN.

MODO D’USO: Il prodotto va utilizzato solamente dopo aver effettuato la disincrostazione della camera di

combustione con THermoCLeAn. nebulizzare direttamente THermoSAn sulla superficie da trattare e

lasciar agire per almeno 15 - 20 minuti. Infine lavare abbondantemente con acqua.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: The product must be used only after descaling of the combustion chamber through

THERMOCLEAN. Nebulise THERMOSAN directly on the surface to be treated and let act for at least 15 - 20

minutes. Lastly wash with plenty of water.

THERMOCLEAN Disincrostante per caldaie condensazione

Disincrostante specifico per metalli e leghe leggere quali alluminio e alluminio-silicio, ideale per la

rimozione di depositi organici, morchie, fenomeni ossidativi che si formano nelle camere di combustione

delle caldaie a condensazione. MODO D’USO: nebulizzare THermoCLeAn direttamente sulla

superficie da disincrostare e lasciar agire per almeno 15 - 30 minuti, in ragione dell’intensità delle

incrostazioni da eliminare. Terminata l’operazione si consiglia un abbondante lavaggio con acqua,

ancor meglio se con getto a pressione. Si consiglia successivamente di proteggere e passivare la

superficie trattata tramite utilizzo di THermoSAn-BL.

Descaler for condensing boilers

Descaler specific for metals and light alloys such as aluminum and aluminum-silicon, suitable to

remove organic deposits, sludge, oxide events in the combustion chambers of the condensing boilers.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Nebulise THERMOCLEAN directly on the surface to be descaled and let act

for at least 15 - 30 minutes, depending on the intensity of the encrustations to be eliminated. After this

operation is suggested a strong washing with water, even better if with pressure jet. It is then suggested

to protect and passivate the treated surface through THERMOSAN-BL.

NEUTRAL Neutralizzante acidità residua

neutralizza l’acidità residua presente nei processi di disincrostazione di impianti termici, scambiatori

di calore, radiatori, etc. MODO D’USO: Dosare in ragione del 2 – 10 % a seconda dell’acidità residua

presente nell’impianto e far circolare per almeno 2 – 3 ore. Il pH andrà aggiustato in modo che la

cartina indicatrice, allegata alla confezione, mantenga il suo colore originale (ossia pH 7 – 7,5).

Neutralizer residual acidity

It neutralizes the residual acidity in the scales removing processes in thermal systems, heat exchangers,

radiators, etc. INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Measure in ratio of 2 – 10 % depending on the residual acidity

in the system and let circulate for at least 2 – 3 hours. The pH will have to be adjusted until the indicator

paper, attached to the package, keeps its original color (pH 7 – 7.5).
