1. Presentazione

I nuovi raccordi a compressione TURBO RING con monocomponente (nero-verde), BREVETTATO ad innesto rapido serie 580000 a marchio Tecnovielle,

come per le serie 560000 e 570000 sono conformi alla norma EN 1254-3, permettono la connessione di tubi PE/HDPE/PEX in modo ancora pi

ù

semplice, rapido e sicuro

.

Tutti i raccordi TURBO RING, realizzati in ottone stampato a caldo e successivamente lavorati meccanicamente, hanno

filettature alle estremit

à

realizzate secondo la norma UNI EN 10226.

La tenuta idraulica viene svolta da una guarnizione elastomerica dalla particolare forma realizzata in EPDM, adatta e certificata per l’impiego con acqu

a

potabile.

Un kit composto da una boccola di rinforzo per il tubo ed un monocomponente (giallo-verde) BREVETTATO in HNBR, fa sì che il raccordo sia utilizzabile

e certi

ficato anche per gas.

I raccordi ad innesto rapido TURBO RING sono idonei quindi ad operare ad alte e basse pressioni di esercizio e a temperatura massima di 60°C

.

La giunzione meccanica tubo-raccordo viene svolta da una ghiera che si stringe attorno al tubo impedendone lo sfilamento, disponibile nelle seguent

i

varianti:

• PA 6,6 (poliammide caricato con fibra di vetro) per la serie 580000.

• POM (resina acetalica) per la serie 560000

.

• Ottone per la serie 570000.

La ghiera acetalica della serie 560000, in ottone nella seria 570000 e la parte verde in poliammide nella serie 58000 hanno la doppia funzione di serrar

e

il tubo e di comprimere la guarnizione. Questa caratteristica ha permesso di eliminare un componente (anellino premi-guarnizione) rendendo ancor pi

ù

semplice ed immediata l’installazione del raccordo sull’impianto. La differenza tra le tre serie non pregiudica le prestazioni dei raccordi e permette agl

i

utilizzatori di approvvigionarsi del tipo di prodotto utilizzato nella relativa zona di installazione.

I raccordi TURBO RING trovano impiego negli impianti di distribuzione dell’acqua fredda e del gas di tipo privato e pubblico. La gamma comprende

diverse

figure di raccordo: dritto, curvo, tee per tubi dal Ø20 al Ø110

.

I livelli di pressione e temperatura sono subordinati alla tipologia di tubo impiegato. Sono infatti disponibili sul mercato tubi che, a pari diametro,

presentano molteplici differenti spessori di parete ed altrettante densità del polietilene che li compone, garantendo quindi limiti di prestazione diversa.

All TURBO RING fittings, made of hot-forged brass and subsequently machined, feature threads at the ends compliant to UNI EN 10226

.

Hydraulic sealing is carried out by a specially shaped elastomeric seal made of EPDM, a compound suitable and certi

fied for the use with drinking water.

A set of a reinforcing bushing for the pipe and a PATENTED single-component (yellow-green) of HNBR makes the

fitting suitable and certified for gas

as well

.

TURBO RING quick-connect fittings are therefore suitable for operating at high and low pressures and at temperatures up to 60° C

.

The mechanical pipe-

fitting joint is carried out by a ring that tightens around the pipe and prevents it from loosening, which is available in the followin

versions:

• PA 6,6 (

fiberglass-filled polyamide) for the 580000 series

.

• POM (acetal resin) for the 560000 series

.

• Brass for the 570000 series

.

The acetal ring in the 560000 series, the brass ring in the 570000 series, and the green polyamide part in the 58000 series have the dual function o

f

tightening the tube and compressing the seal. This feature made it possible to eliminate one component (press-seal ring), therefore making it even easie

and more timesaving to install the fitting on the system. The difference between the three series does not affect the performance of the

fittings and allows

their users to procure the type of product used in the speci

fic installation area

TURBO RING

fittings are used in cold water and gas distribution systems, both private and public. The range includes different shapes of fittings:

straight, curved, tee for pipes from Ø20 to Ø110
