Benda isolante anticorrosiva per la protezione di tuba-

zioni interrate e non. E’ una fascia paraffinosa dielet-

trica, dotata di un film in polietilene su un lato, che

ne migliora la resistenza meccanica e dielettrica.

Protegge le tubazioni dalla corrosione dovuta ad

agenti atmosferici, chimici, ambientali. Sono anche

adatte alla protezione dalle correnti vaganti, di superfici

metalliche; all’impiego come fasciatura esterna di ser-

batoi, tubazioni interrate e non, subacquee o sospese.

Mantengono nel tempo, una volta poste in opera, la loro

plasticità ed inalterabilità.

MODO D’USO: Avvolgere a spirale la benda sovrap-

ponendo di 10 ÷ 15 mm una spira sull’altra secondo

lo spessore richiesto, pareggiando poi con la mano

guantata, a freddo, per ottenere una superficie omo-

genea. Su superfici arrugginite o comunque irregolari,

si raccomanda un’accurata pulizia con spazzola rigida.

Corrosion proofing insulating band for the protection of

underground and overhead mains and pipes. It is a die-

lectric paraffinic band, with a polyethylene film on one

side improving its mechanic and dielectric resistance.

To be used whenever pipes have to be protected by

corrosion due to atmospheric, chemical, environmental

agents. Suitable also for the protection from stray cur-

rents of metal surfaces, for the outer binding of tanks,

underground, overhead and underwater mains or pipes.

Once it has been applied, it keeps its elasticity and

inalterability all over the years.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Wind the band up over-

lapping from to 10 ÷ 15 mm the turns according to the

required thickness; then wear a glove for cold levelling

off, to obtain an homogeneous and smooth surface.

On rusted or irregular surfaces it is recommended an

accurate cleaning with a hard brush.

WARMTEX

alta temperatura / high temperature

Benda isolante adesiva anticorrosiva, per la prote-

zione di superfici metalliche. Idonea per rivestimenti

di serbatoi e tubazioni convoglianti fluidi caldi o

freddi in ambiente umido o salino e per linee aeree

o sottotraccia. Ottima protezione contro le correnti

vaganti, crea una barriera al vapore resistente

fino a 130 °C. Le fasce mantengono nel tempo la

loro plasticità ed inalterabilità. Sono impermeabili

all’acqua (anche salina) ed ai gas, vapore, agenti

chimici diluiti etc.

MODO D’USO: Applicata a freddo, a spirale, su

tubazioni con sovrapposizione delle spire del 50%

o longitudinalmente sovrapponendo per 20-25 mm i

lembi terminali, su altre superfici. Applicare con leg-

gera tensione, sigillando accuratamente le sovrap-

posizioni mediante lisciatura e compressione con

la mano.

underground pipes. WARMTEX band, an excellent

protection against stray currents, creates a steam

barrier and is effective up to 130 °C. This band

seal, level off and press the band by hand carefully.
