Guaina elastomero bituminosa autoadesiva a freddo ad

elevato modulo elastico, accoppiata con film in polietilene

ad alta densità (HDPE). Anticorrosivo ad elevata prote-

zione meccanica e dielettrica per tubazioni in acciaio da

interrare. Grazie all’elevato modulo elastico FLEXBIT-100

è idoneo anche per il rivestimento primario di giunti, curve,

superfici irregolari. E’ idoneo per la impermeabilizzazione

di varie tipologie di coperture, pareti verticali, muri di

fondazione, colmi e scossaline. Barriera al vapore in celle

frigorifere e impermeabilizzazione a contatto con nume-

rosi agenti chimici.

MODO D’USO: Pulire bene la superficie da trattare.

Togliere la pellicola protettiva antiaderente e applicare

il prodotto con una leggera tensione, sormontando i

lembi laterali e longitudinali di almeno un 10%.

Cold self-adhesive bituminous elastomer gaiter having

a high modulus of elasticity, assembled and protected

with a high-density polyethylene film (HDPE). It is corro-

sion-proofing; it has a high dielectric and mechanic pro-

tection on steel mains or pipes to be laid underground.

Thanks to its high modulus of elasticity, FLEXBIT-100

is suitable for the first covering of joints, curves and

irregular surfaces, too. Moreover, this product is suitable

for the impermeabilization of different types of covering,

vertical walls, foundation walls, ridge caps and flashin-

gs. It is a steam barrier inside refrigerating rooms and it

is different chemical agent proof.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Clean well the surface to be

treated. Remove the anti-adherent protective film and

apply the product exerting a light pressure with your

hand, overlapping 10% the side and longitudinal edges.

Guaina autoadesiva elastomero-bituminosa dotata di

grande elasticità e resistenza meccanica. Adatta per

impermeabilizzare terrazze, fondazioni, muri, rivesti-

mento di pali da interrare. Ha anche una funzione

antiradice.

MODO D’USO: Su superfici cementizie è bene dare

una o più mani di primer adesivizzante e successiva-

mente eseguire la posa avendo l’accortezza di forare

eventuali sacche d’aria. La guaina entro certi limiti è

anche autorimarginante. Su superfici metalliche pulite

o di altri materiali purché lisci non necessita di primer.

Bituminous elastomer self-adhesive gaiter with a high

elasticity and mechanic resistance. Suitable to imper-

meabilize terraces, foundations, walls and to coat poles

to be put underground. It has also an antiroot function.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: On cement surfaces put

some tackifying primer coats before applying the gaiter.

Pierce any possible air pockets. The gaiter is self-hea-

ling within certain limits. When applied on clean metal

surfaces or on other flat materials it does not need a

primer.

It is a self-adhesive elastomer-bituminous band together with

a high-density polyethylene protective film (HDPE) which is

CROSS-LAMINATED. This product is ideal as single cove-

ring for underground steel mains or pipes. SINGLE-BAND

FLEXBIT-HD has been created to impermeabilize, seal and

join different kinds of materials used in the building sector as:

concrete, metal, wood, glass. It ensures an excellent adhesion

to most of the materials used in the building sector. Both the

longitudinal and the roll-end overlaps are always safe and pre-

vent from any possible drawing. The self-adhesive material is

particularly suitable for ordinary joints, spigot joints, off-takes,

Te, insulating panels, wood pieces.
