siti di primer aggrappante. Impermeabilizza perfettamente

le superfici, isolando da agenti atmosferici e chimici blandi.

Ottimo rivestimento anticorrosivo di tubazioni interrate ed

aeree (in qs. caso tipo protetto con alluminio), sigillatura di

superfici metalliche e cementizie in edilizia (giunti, lucernai,

scossaline di comignoli, canne fumarie fredde, canali di

condizionamento etc.). La grande allungabilità conferisce ai

nastri una adattabilità pressochè universale su tutte le super-

fici, anche le più irregolari (curve, Te, giunti a bicchiere etc.).

MODO D’USO: E’ sufficiente che la superficie sia pulita e

non umida. Va spellicolato esercitando la tensione neces-

saria a seconda delle situazioni. Si allunga infatti fino ed

oltre il 700%. Lo spessore finale è in funzione della trazione

esercitata. E’ consigliabile una sovrapposizione di almeno

un 10% della larghezza del nastro.

Viscoelastic adhesive tape made of butyl putty supported by

high-density polyethylene films. Thanks to its great stretch

capacity on both directions and given the high adhesive

self-amalgamating power, it does not need a fixing primer.

It perfectly impermeabilizes surfaces, insulating them from

soft chemical and atmospheric agents. Excellent corrosion

proofing covering for underground and overhead pipes (in

this case protected by aluminium), sealing of metallic and

cement surfaces in the building sector (joints, skylights,

chimney flashings, cold flues, conditioning channels, etc.).

Thanks to its great stretch capacity the tape has a quite

universal adaptability to all surfaces, even to the most

irregular ones (curves, Te, spigot joints, etc).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: The surface has only to be

clean and not humid. It has to be stripped exerting the

necessary pulling stress according to the situation. Indeed, it

can be stretched up to more than 700%. The final thickness

changes according to the pulling stress exerted. An overlap

of at least 10% of the tape width is recommended.

POLIFLEX 90-15

Mononastro butilico non sporchevole. Buona allun-

gabilità e forte potere adesivo ed autoamalgaman-

te. Ideale per il rivestimento di giunti in linea di

tubazioni interrate anche di grosso diametro, come

unico nastro protettivo se applicato in doppio strato

(sovrapposizione 50%).

MODO D’USO: Non necessita di primer aggrap-

pante se applicato su tubazioni pulite ed asciutte.

Ottimo e resistente rivestimento anticorrosivo di

tubazioni interrate ed aeree. Per sigillare e isolare

tubi e condotte quali gasdotti, acquedotti, oleodotti

o per strutture metalliche nell’industria chimica o in

edilizia come ad esempio pali interrati.

ting and ducts like gas pipelines, waterworks, oil

pipelines or for metallic buildings in the chemical

industry or in the building sector like for example

underground poles.

ALUTHENE-40

Nastro di tenuta stagna per acqua ed aria, com-

posto da uno strato di mastice butilico adesivo a

freddo ed un film in alluminio per la protezione da

agenti aggressivi. La parte adesiva

è protetta da

un leggero film siliconato da togliere. Ideale per la

sigillatura di colmi, scossaline di comignoli, tegole;

la giunzione di lucernai, tettoie vetrate, verande,

porte e telai di finestre; la riparazione di grondaie

e condotte di scarico.

MODO D’USO: Applicare su superfici ben pulite

e sgrassate. Togliere gradualmente la pellicola

siliconata e simultaneamente esercitare la giusta

pressione per evitare la formazione di bolle d’aria.

Airtight and watertight band composed of a cold

adhesive butyl putty layer coupled to an aluminium

film for the protection against aggressive agents.

A thin silicone film to be removed when using

the band protects the adhesive part. Suitable for

the waterproofing of ridgecaps, chimney flashings

and roof tiles, for the jointing of skylights, glass

penthouses, verandas, doors and window frames

and for the reparation of gutters and discharge

pipes.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Apply on very clean

and degreased surfaces. Remove the silicone

film gradually and simultaneously exert the right

pressure to avoid the formation of air bubbles.
