PTFE SEAL

Sigillante anaerobico additivato con PTFE

medio-bassa resistenza meccanica, idoneo

per filettature di: prodotti chimici, gas, GPL,

metano, idrocarburi, olii, nafta, acqua calda

e fredda, aria compressa, etc. da -50 °C a

+150 °C adatto per tutti i metalli compreso

acciaio inox.

MODO D’USO: Applicare poco prodotto sui

primi due giri di filetto sia maschio che fem-

mina, su filettature ben sgrassate. La velocità

di indurimento va da un minimo di 15/20 min.

a 2h secondo la temperatura ambiente. Si ha

completa sicurezza dopo 24h. Non adatto su

accoppiamenti metallo plastici o in ambienti

fortemente ossidanti (es. ossigeno liquido e

acidi o basi forti).

Anaerobic dope added with PTFE, suitable to

seal threads of : chemical products, gas, LPG,

methane, hydrocarbons, oils, gas oil, hot and

cold water, compressed air, etc. from -50 °C to

+150 °C. Suitable for any metal, stainless steel

included. Disassembly: easy to be carried out.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Apply a little quan-

tity of product on the first two turns both of

the male and female threads after degreasing

them well. The product takes from a minimum

of 15/20 minutes to 2 hours to harden, accor-

ding to the ambient temperature. Complete

hardening is achieved after 24 hours.

GAS SEAL

Prodotto monocomponente anaerobico a medio/

alta resistenza meccanica allo svitamento. Per

bloccare e sigillare parti filettate ed accoppia-

menti lisci, resistente agli sbalzi termici, alle

vibrazioni agli stress meccanici. Per rendere

stagne le filettature di : gas, gpl, metano, idro-

carburi, olii, nafte, acqua etc. da -50 °C a + 150

°C utilizzabile anche con materiali plastici previo

trattamento del filetto con apposito spray attiva-

tore ACTIV-SEAL.

MODO D’USO: Applicare poco prodotto sui

primi due giri di filetto sia maschio che femmina,

su filettature ben sgrassate. L’indurimento del

prodotto avviene in 30-60 min.secondo la tempe-

ratura dell’ambiente, la completa sicurezza si ha

dopo 24h. Non adatto su accoppiamenti metallo

plastici o in ambienti fortemente ossidanti (es.

ossigeno liquido e acidi o basi forti).

Anaerobic single-component product with a

mean mechanic unscrewing resistance. It is

used to lock and seal threaded parts and smooth

couplings resistant to thermal endurance, vibra-

tion and mechanical stress resistance. Suitable

to seal threads of: gas, LPG, methane, hydro-

carbons, oils, gas oils, water, etc. from -50 °C

to +150 °C. Use also on plastic material after

applying the special spray activator ACTIV-SEAL

on the thread. Disassembly: medium.

BIG SEAL

Sigillante anaerobico idoneo per filettature

di grandi dimensioni di: gas, GPL, metano,

idrocarburi, olii. Sopporta anche le tolleranze

tipiche dei grandi raccordi >2” consente lo

smontaggio a distanza di tempo se riscaldato

a c.a 100 °C. Omologato norma DIN EN 751.

MODO D’USO: Applicare poco prodotto sui

primi due giri di filetto sia maschio che fem-

mina, su filettature ben sgrassate. Conservare

in luogo fresco. Non adatto su accoppiamenti

metallo plastici o in ambienti fortemente ossi-

danti (es. ossigeno liquido e acidi o basi forti).

Anaerobic sealing agent suitable for big thre-

ads. It is used to seal threads of : gas, LPG,

methane, hydrocarbons, oils, gas oils, water,

etc. from -50°C to +150 °C. Thanks to its

great reactivity it stands also those tolerances

typical of big fittings (>2”). Disassembly can

be carried out even after a long time, if it is

heated at about 100 °C.
