HIGH SEAL 200

E’ un sigillante monocomponente anaerobico

frenafiletti, per raccordi idraulici operanti ad

alte temperature, come ad es. pannelli solari

sottovuoto. Elimina allentamenti causati dalle

vibrazioni. Ha alta resistenza meccanica e

velocità di polimerizzazione. Non smontabi-

le senza cannello (fiamma). particolarmente

efficace sui metalli non ferrosi come ottone

e cromature. Non adatto su accoppiamenti

metallo-plastici o in ambienti fortemente ossi-

danti (es. ossigeno liquido e acidi o basi forti).

MODO D’USO: Utilizzare su filettature nuove

o ben sgrassate; applicare sia sul maschio

che sulla femmina senza eccessi, su filet-

tature a Norma e con tolleranze contenute;

stringere a fondo e attendere almeno 24 ore a

temperatura ambiente.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Apply on new and

well degreased surfaces; apply even on male

and female without exceeding. , on threads

according to Norm and with limited toleran-

ces; tighten and wait 24 hours at environment

temperature.

BLOCK SEAL

Sigillante anaerobico bloccante. Prodotto

monocomponente ad alta resistenza mec-

canica per bloccare e sigillare parti filettate

ed accoppiamenti lisci, resistente agli sbalzi

termici, alle vibrazioni, agli stress meccanici.

Idoneo anche per prodotti chimici, gas, idro-

carburi, oli, acqua calda, aria compressa,

liquidi alimentari.

MODO D’USO: Applicare poco prodotto su

accoppiamenti metallici sui due primi giri di

filetto sia maschio che femmina, su filettature

o superfici ben pulite e sgrassate seguendo i

consigli riportati sulla scheda d’uso presente

nelle confezioni. Non adatto su accoppiamenti

metallo-plastici o in ambienti fortemente ossi-

dati (es. ossigeno liquido e acidi o basi forti).

Locking anaerobic sealing agent. Single-

component product with a high mechanic

resistance to lock and seal threaded parts

and smooth couplings; thermal endurance,

resistant to vibrations as well as to mechanical

stress. It is suitable also for chemical products,

gases, hydrocarbons, oils, hot water,

compressed air, food liquids.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Apply a little

quantity of product on metal couplings on

the first two turns both of the male and

female threads. Threads or surfaces have to

be cleaned and degreased very well before

application, following the recommendations

given in the instructions for use sheet, inside

the package.

ACTIV SEAL

Spray attivatore da usare in abbinamento ai

prodotti SEAL per sigillare filetti e raccordi di

materiali plastici e/o per velocizzare le opera-

zioni di accoppiamento.

MODO D’USO: Spruzzare su una delle parti

filettate. Attendere l’evaporazione del solven-

te. Applicare il prodotto SEAL sui primi giri

del filetto maschio e femmina ed eseguire

l’accoppiamento.

Spray activator to be used together with SEAL

products, to seal plastic threads and fittings

and/or to quicken the assembling of metal

components with the anaerobic sealing agen-

ts belonging to the SEAL series at very low

temperatures.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Spray the product

on one of the threaded parts. Wait until the

solvent has evaporated, then apply SEAL

product on the first turns both of the male

and female threads and assemble the two

components.
