CRYSTAL BOND

hybrid polimer, super trasparente

Sigillante adesivo monocomponente a base di polimero

ibrido con terminazione silanica che indurisce per rea-

zione con l’umidità dell’aria. Grazie alle sue doti di ecce-

zionale adesività può essere impiegato per riparazioni

subacquee. Ottima resistenza agli agenti atmosferici ed

all’invecchiamento. Ideale per incollaggio e sigillatura di

materiali plastici (eccetto PE e PTFE) vetro, specchi,

marmo, porcellana, legno, alluminio, alluminio verniciato,

acciaio, acciaio inox, ferro, etc.

MODO D’USO: La superficie deve essere asciutta,

esente da polveri, oli, distaccanti e grassi. Una volta

pulita accuratamente la superficie non attendere oltre

i 15 - 20 minuti prima di effettuare la posa del prodotto.

Utilizzare ad una temperatura compresa tra +5 e +50 °C;

al fine di ottenere la miglior prestazione si consiglia di

utilizzarlo ad una temperatura di circa 20 °C. Si consiglia

di far indurire completamente il prodotto prima di una

eventuale verniciatura

HIBRID POLIMER

CRYSTAL BOND is a singlecomponent adhesive sealant

based on hybrid polymer with silanic termination that

hardens reacting with the humidity of the air. Thanks

to its characteristics of exceptional adhesivity can be

employed for underwater repairs. Great resistance to

weathering and aging. Ideal for bonding and sealing of

plastic materials (except PE and PTFE) glass, mirrors,

marble, porcelain, wood, aluminium, painted aluminium,

steel, stainless steel, iron, etc.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: The surface must be dry and

without powders, oils, release agents and fats. Once

clean the surface thoroughly do not wait more than 15

– 20 minutes to place the product. Use at a temperature

between +5 and +50 °C; to get the best performance it

is suggested to use it at a temperature of about 20 °C.

It is suggested to let harden completely the product

before any eventual painting.

SILIKONE NEUTRO

Sigillante a reticolazione neutra (non acida).

Imbattibile su tutti i materiali porosi e non

porosi. Inattaccabile dagli agenti atmosferici,

batteri ed ozono. Non ossida i metalli teneri.

Utilizzato per telai e finestre in materiali plasti-

ci e legno, box doccia in policarbonato, vasche

in resina (tipo ABS), grondaie in rame, giunti

di espansione, specchi.

MODOD’USO: Non deve essere applicato

su superfici unte ed in assenza di aria, poi-

chè neccessita della umidità atmosferica per

polimerizzare.

NEUTRAL SILIKON

Neutral reticulation single-compound sealing

agent (not acid) having a medium/low modu-

lus. Great adhesion on all porous and non-po-

rous materials. Weatherproof, resistant to UV

rays, bacteria, ozone. It remains unchanged,

being weatherproof for more than 20. It does

not oxidate soft metal. It is used on plastic or

wood frames and windows, polycarbonate

showers, resin bathtubs (such as ABS), cop-

per gutters, expansion joints, mirrors.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Do not apply on

greasy surfaces and when air is absent, since

this product needs humidity to polymerize.

SILIKONE ALTA TEMPERATURA

Silicone acetico di colore rosso, resistente ad

alte temperature. Mantiene una certa elasticità

fino a 250 °C con punte di 300 °C. Utilizzato per

esterni di camini, canne fumarie, scarichi indu-

striali, accoppiamenti flangiati, industria automo-

bilistica (testate di motori), forni, scambiatori, etc.

MODO D’USO: Applicare sulle superfici una

volta pulite e sgrassate, indi accoppiare normal-

mente.

HIGH TEMPERATURE SILIKON

A red acetic silicone with a high modulus of ela-

sticity, resistant to high temperature. Indeed, the

product is thermally stabilized and keeps elasti-

city up to 250 °C with picks of 300 °C. It is used

on external parts of chimneys, flues, industrial

waste pipings, flanged couplings, car industry

(cylinder heads), furnaces, exchangers, etc. High

resistance to chemical and atmospheric agents

for a long time in case of exposure to open air.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Apply on clean and

degreased surfaces, then couple the parts as

usual.
