SILIKONE ACETICO

ANTIMUFFA

Sigillante monocomponente milleusi per sigillatura e

incollaggio, resistente alla muffa. Quando è esposto

in ambienti umidi soggetti alla muffa forma una solida

e durevole sigillatura senza perdere elasticit

à e senza

alterarsi. Il Silicone Antimuffa è resistente agli sbalzi

di temperatura e alle radiazioni UV. Contiene sostanze

che prevengono la crescita di muffa, funghi e alghe;

è

raccomandato specialmente per applicazioni in luoghi

con umidità crescente (ad esempio cucine e bagni). E’

un sigillante-adesivo con una buona adesione a molte

superfici, tra cui vetro, piastrelle verniciate, ceramica.

MODO D’USO: Tagliare il beccuccio della cartuccia ed

inserire nella apposita pistola. Le parti da sigillare devo-

no essere ben pulite, sgrassate e asciutte. Per supporti

con alta alcalinità o su metalli soggetti ad ossidazione

è

necessario trattare con apposito PRIMER. Non usare su

superfici sensibili all’ambiente acido.

ACETIC SILIKON ANTIMILDEW

Mono component sealant, thousand uses, for sealing and

bonding, mildew resistant. When exposed in moist envi-

ronments subject to mildew, it makes a solid and lasting

sealing without losing elasticity and without alteration. The

Anti-mildew Silicone is resistant to temperature jumps and

UV radiations. It contains substances that prevent the

growing of mildew, fungus, algae. It is specially suggested for

applications in places with growing moist (e.g. kitckens and

bathrooms). It is an adhesive-sealant with good adherence

to many different surfaces like glass, painted tiles, ceramic.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Cut the cartridge spout and

insert the product in the special gun. The parts to be sealed

must be very clean, degreased and dry. Those parts having

a high alkalinity degree or metals subject to oxidation must

be previously treated with an adequate PRIMER. Do not

use on sensible surfaces acid environment.

MASTICE REFRATTARIO REI 180

Mastice monocomponente che indurisce per evapo-

razione dell’acqua contenuta. Specifico per impieghi

dove vi è presenza di fiamma libera. Resistente

a temperature fino a 1600 °C, secondo le norme

REI180. Non subisce nessuna modifica fisica nè

perdita di peso dopo prolungata esposizione a tem-

perture elevate. Si applica a mattoni, calcestruzzo,

metalli per sigillare giunti, crepe e fessure in: calda-

ie, caminetti, forni o per le riparazioni di marmitte

abbinato ad un apposito nastro in tessuto di vetro.

MODO D’USO: Dalle superfici metalliche eliminare

eventuali tracce di ossidi e applicare normalmente,

mentre su superfici porose come calcestruzzo e

mattoni inumidire preventivamente. Dopo l’applica-

zione del sigillante attendere 24 ore, quindi scaldare

gradualmente fino al completo indurimento.

REFRACTORY DOPE REY 180

Single-compound dope containing non-pyrogenous

charges which hardens thanks to its water vapori-

sation. It is to be used in the presence of non-pro-

tected flames. Resistant up to 1600 °C. It does not

undergo any physical change or loss of weight after

a prolonged exposition to high temperature. It can

be applied on bricks, concrete and metals to seal

joints, cracks and fissures in boilers, chimneys,

furnaces or to repair mufflers, coupled to a special

glass cloth band.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Eliminate any trace of

oxidation from metal surfaces. Dampen porous

surfaces as for example concrete or bricks. Wait 24

hours after the dope application, then gradually heat

the sealed surfaces until the dope has completely

hardened.

ACRILONE

Sigillante monocomponente verniciabile a base

di dispersione poliacrilica. Indicato soprattutto

per giunti nel campo dei prefabbricati (palazzi,

capannoni, etc.).

MODO D’USO: La larghezza fra i giunti deve

corrispondere ai movimenti prevedibili. La misu-

ra minima del giunto deve essere 6 x 6 mm, la

massima 25 x 20 mm. I giunti devono essere

compatti, puliti e sgrassati.

ACRYLIC SEALANT

Paintable single-compound sealing agent, based

on a polyacrylic dispersion, with a high elasticity

and highly weatherproof. Especially suitable for

joints used in prefabricated buildings and sheds,

it allows the joint movement and deformation up

to 15% of its original width. It is suitable for the

impermeabilization of joints of different materials,

in the building sector (most of all concrete, pla-

stering, masonry, cement, asbestos, wood), as

well as for building elements as cornices, window

sills, etc. ACRILONE is not suitable for joints

always in contact with water. Available colours:

white, grey.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Width between joints

must be in accordance with the expected move-

ments. The joint minimum size must be 6 x 6

mm, the maximum one 25 x 20 mm. Joints must

be compact, clean and degreased.
