Schiuma poliuretanica monocomponente autoespandente

facile da usare e pronta all’uso. La schiuma indurita possiede

una struttura prevalentemente a pori chiusi e garantisce cos

ì

un’alta tenuta del calore. Elimina le vibrazioni e le trasmis-

sioni di rumore. Garantisce una incollatura resistente per

elementi da costruzione di diversi tipi. Pu

ò essere verniciata,

incollata ed intonacata. Resistente all’invecchiamento ed agli

sbalzi di temperatura da -40 a +120 °C. Raggiunto l’induri-

mento completo è resistente all’acqua, alla benzina, all’olio,

ai detergenti, agli acidi ed ai solventi, alla corrosione, alle

muffe ed ai microrganismi.

MODO D’USO: Agitare bene la bombola prima dell’uso. La

temperatura piu’ favorevole per schiumare

è di +20 °C (+/-

5°C). Premendo la valvola la schiuma esce dalla bombola ed

entro 20 minuti circa dall’applicazione forma, mediante l’umi-

dità dell’aria, una pelle che non appiccica piu’ alla superficie.

La schiuma uscita espande durante la fase di indurimento

circa del 120% ed è indurita dopo c.a 3 ore a seconda della

temperatura, dell’umidità, dell’aria e dello spessore.

It is an easy and ready-to-use self-expanding single-com-

pound polyurethane foam. Once hardened, most of the

foam has a closed pore structure thus keeping heat very

well. It eliminates vibrations and the noise transmission. It

ensures a resistant gluing of different building elements. It

can be painted, glued or plastered. It is resistant to ageing

and its thermal endurance is from -40 to +120 °C. Once it

has completely hardened it is waterproof and resistant to

petrol, oil, detergents, acids, solvents, corrosion, mildews and

micro organisms. INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Shake well the

bomb before using. The best temperature to apply the foam

is +20 °C (+/-5 °C).Press the bomb delivery valve to spray

the foam. 20 minutes after its application, thanks to the air

humidity, the foam will form a skin, which does not tack to

the surface.During the hardening phase, the foam expands

by about 120%. The final hardening is achieved after about

3 hours according to the air temperature and humidity and

to the thickness.

SOLVENT FOAM

Agente multifunzionale consigliato per la rimozio-

ne di schiume poliuretaniche non completamente

indurite o adesive. Multifunzionale per applicazioni

manuali e con pistola. Applicazione manuale: fissa-

re l’ugello di spruzzatura sulla valvola del pulitore.

Spruzzare con il pulitore in direzione della valvola

della bombola o di macchie recenti di schiuma

poliuretanica o adesivo. Rimuovere le macchie con

un panno asciutto.

MODOD’USO: Applicazione con pistola: svitare

la bombola di schiuma poliuretanica dalla pistola.

Premere il grilletto della pistola per rimuovere

residui di schiuma. Fissare l’ugello di spruzzatura

sulla valvola del pulitore. Spruzzare il pulitore sulla

valvola della bombola della schiuma poliuretanica

e sull’adattatore della pistola. Rimuovere l’ugello

e avvitare la bombola del pulitore sulla pistola.

Premere il grilletto della pistola diverse volte.

It is a solvent designed for removing uncured polyu-

rethane foams or adhesives. It is useful for cleaning

of can valves and with gun applicators. Manual

application: fix the enclosed spraying nozzle onto

Cleaner valve. Spray the can valve and fresh stains

of polyurethane foam or adhesive with the cleaner.

Remove stains with a dry cloth

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Gun application:

unscrew the can of polyurethane foam from the

gun. Press the gun trigger to remove foam residue.

Fix the enclosed spraying nozzle onto Cleaner

valvespray the cleaner on the valve of polyurethane

foam can and the gun adapter. Remove the nozzle

and screw the can of Cleaner onto the gun. Press

the gun trigger several times.
