DEOXID

Anticorrosivo antincrostante

per caldaie vapore

Deossigenante, antincrostante per impianti di riscalda-

mento e vapore, caldaie a vapore operanti a pressione

fino a 63 bar, anche sotto specifiche FDA per la pro-

duzione di vapore puro uso alimentare. Deoxid

è una

formulazione acquosa stabilizzata ed esente da idrazina.

Elimina fenomeni di formazione di ossigeno negli impian-

ti di riscaldamento. Promuove anche la formazione ed il

mantenimento di Magnetite (Fe

3

O

4

) che aderendo alle

superfici ferrose ne impedisce la corrosione.

MODO D’USO: Dosare DEOXID puro in ragione di 50

- 60 mg/lt ogni ppm di ossigeno disciolto nell’acqua di

alimentazione (vedi tabella in funzione della temperatura,

sulla scheda tecnica del prodotto) preferibilmente nella

cassa di alimentazione della caldaia, avendo cura di

mantenere un range di pH fra 8,3 e 9,5 e mantenendo

almeno 15 - 30 ppm di solfito non reagito nell’acqua del

circuito.

Anticorrosive descaling steam boilers

Descaling, deoxygenating agent for steam boilers wor-

king up to 63-bar pressures also under FDA speci

fica-

tions for the production of steam for alimentary use. De-

oxid is an aqueous formula suitably stabilized and added

up with antifoaming agent, salt sequestering agents and

hydrazine free. Its function is to eliminate oxygen forma-

tion inside the heating plants. Deoxid also stimulates the

formation and maintenance of magnetite (Fe

3

O

4

) which,

adhering to the ferrous surfaces prevents their corrosion.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Pour pure Deoxid to the ra-

tio of 50 – 60 mg/l per ppm of oxygen dissolved in the

feed-water (see table according to the temperature, on

the product safety material data sheet) preferably into the

boiler feeding tank downstream the deaerator, or through

the boiler expansion tank minding to keep the pH range

between 8.3 and 9.5 and keeping at least 15 to 30 ppm of

non-reacted sulphite in the circuit water.

ZINCONEX-LQ

Disincrostante decapante per impianti

termici delicati, liquido

Disincrostante liquido concentrato (non corrosivo – non

fumigante) per l’eliminazione di incrostazioni calcaree e

residui di corrosione su elementi in rame, acciaio, acciaio

inox, alluminio, ottone, stagno, leghe leggere e superfici

zincate. Ideale per la disincrostazione di impianti termici,

scambiatori di calore, serpentine, circuiti di raffredda-

mento, torri evaporative. ZINCONEX-LQ contiene un

indicatore di esaurimento, a viraggio di colore (rosso vivo

sul prodotto attivo, giallo-arancio sul prodotto esausto).

MODO D’USO: ZINCONEX-LQ è un liquido disincro-

stante concentrato da diluire con acqua al momento

dell’utilizzo in ragione del 20 – 30%, inoltre i tempi di

contatto consigliati al fine di ottenere un buon risultato

su qualsiasi superficie variano dalle 2 alle 4 ore in

ragione dell’intensità delle incrostazioni calcaree da

eliminare. Terminata la disincrostazione si consiglia

un lavaggio con il neutralizzante NEUTRAL al fine di

eliminare l’acidità residua presente nel circuito.

Soft liquid descaler - pickling

Concentrated descaling liquid (non-corrosive, non-fu-

ming) for the elimination of limescale and corrosion

residues of elements in copper, steel, stainless steel,

aluminum, brass, tin, light alloys and galvanized sur-

faces. Ideal for descaling of heating systems, heat

exchangers, coils, cooling systems, cooling towers.

ZINCONEX-LQ contains an exhaustion indicator, the

indicator changes color (bright red on the active pro-

duct, yellow-orange product exhausted).

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: ZINCONEX-LQ is a desca-

ling liquid concentrate to be diluted with water at the time

of use in ratio of 20 – 30%, moreover the contact times

recommended in order to obtain a good result on any sur-

face ranging from 2 to 4 hours depending on the intensity

of limestone deposits to be removed. After descaling is

recommended to wash with the neutralizing NEUTRAL in

order to eliminate the residual acidity in the circuit.

ZINCONEX

Disincrostante - decapante per

impianti termici delicati, in polvere

Disincrostante in polvere adatto per impianti termici e

di raffreddamento con superfici zincate o in alluminio.

Utilizzabile anche per: rame, acciaio, ghisa, acciaio inox.

MODO D’USO: Sciogliere il prodotto in acqua additi-

vando Zinconex in ragione del 5 – 10%, unicamente

in contenitori resistenti agli acidi (PVC o polietilene).

La colorazione rosa iniziale cambia in arancio – giallo

quando l’acido ha perso efficacia. Aggiungendo altro

acido se il colore rimane rosa persistente la disin-

crostazione è avvenuta completamente. Ulteriore

certezza si ha osservando la cessazione di sviluppo di

bollicine di anidride carbonica. A causa dello sviluppo

di gas è necessario operare con gli sfiati della pompa

aperti. Terminata l’operazione neutralizzare l’acidit

à

con prodotto NEUTRAL.

Soft powder descaler – pickling

Powdered scales remover suitable for thermal and coo-

ling systems with galvanized or aluminium surfaces. It

contains an empty-indicator device which changes colour.

Also ideal for: copper, steel, cast iron, and stainless steel.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Dissolve the product in water

adding Zinconex in ratio of 5 – 10%, only in containers

resistant to acids (PVC or polyethylene). When the acid lo-

ses its effect, its initial pink color turns to orange - yellow. If

the color stays pink when adding some more product, this

means the scales removal has occurred completely. A fur-

ther evidence of it, is given by the stop of carbon dioxide

bubbles. Due to the development of gases, it is necessary

to operate with open vent of the pump. Then neutralize the

acidity with NEUTRAL product.
