Il filtro defangatore magnetico MAGNEX COMPACT

è la soluzione ottimale per risolvere problemi

impiantistici dovuti a inquinamento da particelle

(specialmente ruggine e sabbia) che si formano per

effetto della corrosione e delle incrostazioni durante

il normale funzionamento di un impianto termico.

La variazione di sezione frena il flusso dell’acqua

e le particelle in esso sospese permettendo così

al magnete di attrarre tutte le impurit

filtrate dalla rete inox. MAGNEX COMPACT è ultra

The MAGNEX COMPACT magnetic dirt separator

filter is the optimal solution to solve system problems

due to contamination by particles (especially rust

and sand) which are formed due to corrosion and

scaling during the normal operation of a heating

system. The section variation slows the

flow of water

and the particles suspended in it, thus allowing

the magnet to attract all the impurities of ferrous

origin, while the non-ferrous particles are filtered

by the stainless steel mesh. MAGNEX COMPACT

is ultra compact, specially designed for applications

in confined spaces without compromising technical

performance. Thanks to the transparent glass,

unique of its kind, it will be possible to check in

advance whether or not it needs to be cleaned.

Il filtro defangatore magnetico MAGNEX MINI TOP è

la soluzione ottimale per risolvere problemi impianti-

stici dovuti a inquinamento da particelle (specialmen-

te ruggine e sabbia) che si formano per effetto della

corrosione e delle incrostazioni durante il normale

funzionamento di un impianto termico. MAGNEX MINI

TOP è l’unico della categoria dotato di bicchiere tra-

sparente in nylon 12 ad elevata resistenza agli agenti

chimici nonché alle elevate temperature, e permet-

tendo di verificare in ogni momento la presenza o

meno di inquinanti sequestrati dal magnete o dalla

cartuccia filtrante. MAGNEX MINI TOP può essere

installato in posizione orizzontale o verticale grazie

al raccordo speciale a Tee ed allo speciale design.

MAGNEX MINI TOP viene fornito completo di valvola

a sfera con dado girevole 3⁄4” e raccordo girevole in

ottone 3⁄4”.

it’s the optimal solution for heating system problems,

caused by particles pollution (especially rust and sand)

formed as effect of corrosion and scale, normally present

in a working heating system. MAGNEX MINI TOP is

the only magnetic filter with transparent glass of nylon

12, highly resistant to chemicals and temperature, that

allows to check in any time the presence of dirt captured

by the magnet or the cartridge. MAGNEX MINI TOP can

be installed horizontally or vertically, thanks to its special

Tee fitting and unique design. MAGNEX MINI TOP

comes with ball valve, 3⁄4” brass nut and thread fitting.

Il filtro defangatore magnetico MAGNEX HP5P

è la

soluzione ottimale per risolvere problemi impiantistici

dovuti a inquinamento da particelle (specialmente

ruggine e sabbia) che si formano per effetto della cor-

rosione e delle incrostazioni durante il normale funzio-

namento di un impianto termico. MAGNEX HP5P pu

ò

essere installato con diversi orientamenti: in caso di

spazi limitati sotto caldaia (es. caldaia installata in pen-

sili di cucine) il filtro deve essere installato con il corpo

principale orizzontale e il tappo rivolto frontalmente.

Nel caso vi sia maggior disponibilità di spazio per

l’installazione, è possibile posizionare MAGNEX HP5P

con il corpo verticale ed il tappo rivolto verso il basso.

Al fine di consentire tali configurazioni di installazione

è sufficiente invertire di posizione il raccordo girevole

di connessione caldaia con la valvola a sfera e ruotare

il filtro di 90 °C. Tutti gli attacchi presenti sul corpo prin-

cipale sono stati realizzati con la medesima filettatura

G 3⁄4”. MAGNEX HP5P viene fornito completo di valvola

a sfera e raccordo girevole in ottone.

Compact desludger magnetic filter

The MAGNEX HP5P magnetic dirt separator filter is

the best solution to solve plant problems due to par-

ticle pollution (especially rust and sand) formed by

effect of corrosion and scale during normal operation

of a heating system. MAGNEX HP5P can be installed

with different orientations: in case of limited spaces

under the boiler (eg boiler installed in kitchen cabi-

nets) the filter must be installed with the main body

horizontal and the plug facing the front. If there is more

room for installation, you can place MAGNEX HP5P

with the vertical body and the plug facing downwards.

In order to allow such installation configurations, it is

sufficient to invert the swivel connection connector

with the ball valve and rotate the

filter by 90 °C. All

the connections on the main body have been made

with the same thread G 3⁄4 “. MAGNEX HP5P comes

complete with ball valve and brass rotary union.
