VERIFICA DEI SUPPORTI
SUBSTRATE CONTROL
La posa delle lastre di grande formato può essere eseguita
sui normali supporti presenti in edilizia quali, ad esempio
calcestruzzo, massetti cementizi, radianti preesistenti
pavimentazioni in ceramica ecc..
E’ di fondamentale importanza conoscere la composizione
del sottofondo prima di procedere alla posa.
L’ idoneità alla posa sui supporti deve essere verificata
preventivamente;
Come prescritto dalle normative vigenti i supporti devono
sempre essere:
• integri e privi di fessurazioni;
• stagionati e dimensionamente stabili;
• meccanicamente resistenti;
• asciutti;
• puliti ed esenti da parti asportabili;
• perfettamente planari;
A prescindere dalla tipologia di supporto, al momento
della posa:

Secondo il metodo ISO 7976-1:1989, la verifica della
planarità può essere effettuata con una staggia di almeno 2 mt di
lunghezza, appoggiandola sul supporto in tutte le direzioni, la
tolleranza raccomandata è di circa +/- 3 mm.
Nel caso in cui il massetto non rientri nella tolleranza indicata sarà
necessario regolarizzarlo con appositi prodotti livellanti.

Il presente manuale ha l’obbiettivo di indicare le corrette tecniche di
preparazione, lavorazione e posa delle lastre di grande formato.
Quest’ ultime infatti variano sia in spessore, 3 , 5 e 12mm sia in
grandezza come ad esempio 120x240cm, 300x100cm 160x320cm, ecc.
Grazie alle particolari dimensioni delle lastre è necessario l’utilizzo di
speficici accorgimenti per la corretta posa, negli ultimi anni Sigma si è
impegnata per offrire una gamma di attrezzature specifiche per
facilitarla.
This manual aims to indicate the correct techniques preparation,
processing and laying of large format tiles. The latter in fact vary both in
thickness, 3, 5 and 12mm and in size such as 120x240cm, 300x100cm
160x320cm etc. Because of the particular dimensions of the tiles it is
necessary to take special measures for the correct installation, in recent
years Sigma is committed to offering a range of equipment
specifications to facilitate this.
