Produzione e realizzazione interna
L’utilizzo di forni di fusione presenti nei nostri
reparti, la capacità degli artigiani di piegare e
termoformare con maestria il vetro, il rigoroso
controllo della qualità in ogni fase della
produzione, sono il primo valore aggiunto di
Dualite. È necessaria, infatti, una lunga esperienza
di lavorazione del vetro per ottenere un prodotto
monolitico dall’incollaggio in pressione di due
lastre di vetro retrocolorato. Il risultato è un
rivestimento versatile e sicuro, impreziosito dal
gioco di due tonalità scelte dalla cartella colori
Artelinea, nelle varianti lucido o satinato.
Internal industrial production
The usage of the melting ovens in our company departments, the skills of
our artisans in bending and thermoforming the glass with mastery, and the
strict quality monitoring for each production stage are the first added value
of Dualite. A long experience in glass manufacturing is in fact necessary
for being able to paste two sheets of rear coloured glass with a process of
vacuum sealing. The result is a versatile and safe covering, embellished by
the use of two different shades the customer that can be chosen from the
Artelinea sample book, both in gloss and silk finish.
Production et réalisation interne
L’utilisation de fours de fusion présents dans nos locaux, la capacité des
artisans à plier et à thermoformer magistralement le verre, le contrôle strict
de la qualité à tous les stades de la production, sont la première valeur
ajoutée de Dualite. Il faut, en fait, une longue expérience du travail du
verre pour obtenir un produit monolithique par collage en pression de deux
feuilles de verre rétrocoloré. Le résultat est un revêtement polyvalent et sûr,
enrichi par le jeu de de deux teintes choisies dans le nuancier Artelinea,
dans des variantes brillantes ou satinées.
Interne Produktion und Realisierung
Die Verwendung von Schmelzöfen in unseren Abteilungen, die Fähigkeit
der Handwerker, das Glas zu biegen und thermoformieren und die
strenge Qualitätskontrolle in jeder Produktionsphase sind der erste
Mehrwert des Dualite. Man braucht tatsächlich eine lange Erfahrung
in der Glasverarbeitung, um aus zwei rückseitig gefärbten Gläsern im
Druckklebeverfahren ein monolithisches Produkt herzustellen. Das Ergebnis
ist eine vielseitige und sichere Beschichtung, die durch das Farbenspiel aus
zwei Tönen der Farbpallette von Artelinea, glänzend oder satiniert, noch
aufgewertet wird.
