- Il materiale deve essere imballato in modo adeguato affinchè non si rovini durante il trasporto, eventuali articoli danneggiati saranno

restituiti a spese del mittente.

- I resi per errata ordinazione saranno accettati di ritorno con un addebito del 30% sul prezzo di acquisto.

- Valbia declina ogni responsabilità per errata installazione o uso improprio del prodotto.

- In caso di resi per sospetta difettosità è necessario compilare, in ogni sua parte, il modulo "richiesta informazioni non conformità".

- Eventuali prodotti resi che non presentano difetti di fabbricazione saranno restituiti a spese del mittente o rottamati.

L'ufficio commerciale autorizzerà il reso tramite assegnazione di un numero di pratica, dopo il controllo della merce autorizzerà

l'eventuale accredito, la riparazione o la sostituzione.

- Any returned item will be returned at the expenses of the sender or could be scrapped.
