par adjonction de corindon, un minéral

incolore, composant entre autres du

onto the market by the Swiss com-

pany LAUFEN. The extreme hardness of

this revolutionary material is achived

by adding the colourless material

corundum, which is also found in

sapphire and has the same bending

strength as steel. Designers can ex-

periment with the wafer-thin, uniquely

hard ceramic material almost with-

out restrictions and throw the clas-

sic rulebook for bath design out of

the window.

Keramik, LAUFEN has reached new

heights with the innovative patented

material by further exploring its pos-

sibilities and using the extremely deli-

cate shapes to create exquisite sur-

ing technology is now used on Saphir-

Keramik products manufactured in

larger quantities.
