CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA

PREZZI E TERMINI DI PAGAMENTO

Il presente catalogo sostituisce e annulla tutti i precedenti

I prezzi del presente listino sono con IVA esclusa e non

sono comprensivi del contributo RAEE; La regolazione delle

operazioni dovrà avvenire secondo le modalità concordate

ed evidenziate in fattura. In caso di pagamento non effettuato

entro i termini stabiliti la Capannoli Srl si riserva il diritto di

sospendere o annullare eventuali ordini in corso. A pagamento

avvenuto i tempi di evasione degli ordini saranno ricalcolati.

L’inosservanza dei termini di pagamento determinerà

l’addebito di interessi di mora al T.U.S. vigente maggiorato di

5 punti percentuali più le spese bancarie.

Per ordini di netto merce inferiori a € 200,00 la Capannoli Srl

si riserva la facoltà di effettuare la spedizione in contrassegno

con la maggiorazione di € 6,00.

I colori laccati si possono realizzare su tutti i prodotti in metallo

del catalogo, se non specificato, hanno un prezzo del + 30%

dal prezzo del cromo.

I prezzi degli articoli con finiture diverse da quelle indicate

e comunque di tutti gli articoli non presenti sul listino

o fuori standard (es. serie obsolete o accessori solo in

metallo) verranno comunicati a seguito di esplicita richiesta

(preventivo) o con l’invio della conferma d’ordine ed avranno

validità per 30 gg.

Tutti gli articoli non presenti sul catalogo sono stati annullati,

prima di effettuare un ordine è necessario informarsi sulla

disponibilità degli stessi e richiedere il preventivo.

TERMINI DI CONSEGNA

I termini di consegna vengono comunicati con l’invio della

conferma d’ordine, hanno comunque valore semplicemente

informativo e non impegnativo. Resta inteso che in nessun

caso la Capannoli Srl sarà responsabile per ritardi o mancata

consegna, totale o parziale, qualunque sia la causa.

Per gli articoli fuori catalogo o “fuori misura” l’azienda si riserva

di valutarne la fattibilità e di stabilire prezzi e termini consegna.

IMBALLAGGIO

I nostri prodotti sono confezionati in scatola singola e corredati

di viti e tasselli, all’occorrenza anche di chiavette esagonali

(escluso la serie Special).

Le serie se ordinate complete di 6/8 pezzi possono essere

fornite in valigetta, a seguito di espressa richiesta del cliente

(allo stesso costo).

Le caratteristiche dell’imballaggio sono comunque di

esclusiva scelta della Capannoli Srl.

TRASPORTO

La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del Committente.

Il destinatario è tenuto a controllare la merce in arrivo e

contestare eventuali danni direttamente al vettore anche

quando la merce viaggia in porto franco (entro 8 giorni dalla

consegna). Ogni spedizione è effettuata dalla Capannoli Srl

che si riserva la scelta del vettore di fiducia, a meno che il

Committente, con spese a suo carico, desideri altri vettori.

Il trasporto è franco destino quando l’imponibile della merce

è superiore a € 500,00; in caso contrario si provvederà al

recupero del costo in fattura.

RECLAMI

Ogni fornitura s’intende accettata trascorsi 8 giorni dal

ricevimento della merce senza reclami. Nessun prodotto può

essere reso senza nostra esplicita autorizzazione.

Non potrà essere concessa l’autorizzazione al reso per articoli

non più presenti in listino e per tutti i prodotti realizzati su

misura o disegno del cliente. La Capannoli Srl si riserva la

facoltà di visionare ed eventualmente distruggere presso

la sede del clienti materiali riconosciuti difettosi, per i quali

accrediterà il valore di acquisto. Sul documento di trasporto

per reso devono essere tassativamente indicati gli estremi

della fattura di acquisto.

DATI IDENTIFICATIVI

Il cliente è responsabile di tutti i dati d’identificazione forniti

come: Ragione Sociale, Residenza, Luogo di consegna, Codice

fiscale/Partita IVA e quant’altro espressamente richiesto dalla

legislazione vigente.

CONTROVERSIE

Per qualsiasi controversia tra la Capannoli Srl ed il cliente sarà

sempre e solo competente il foro di Siena.

Le presenti condizioni di vendita si intendono accettate

mediante l’invio dell’ordine di acquisto.

GENERAL SALES TERMS

PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

This catalogue replaces and cancels all preceding ones. The

prices of the current catalogue do not include V.A.T. neither

comprehensive of RAEE contribution; The payment of the

goods must follow the agreed terms, mentioned on the invoice.

In case of delay of the stated terms, Capannoli Srl reserves

itself the right to suspend or to cancel the pending orders if

any. Once got the payment the lead-time of the pending orders

will be recalculated.

The delay of the terms of payment will determine the debit of

interests following the enforced T.U.S., increased of 5 points

percentages plus the banking expenses. Lacquered colours are

available on all the metal products if not quoted, their prices +

30% over the chrome price.

Prices of the items not included in our catalogue, will be

informed after your written request, by issuing an offer, that will

be valid for a period of 30 days.

SHIPPING TERMS

Shipping terms are mentioned on our offer; however, they are

mentioned only as a proposal, and they can be changed. It is

understood that Capannoli Srl won’t be responsible for delays

or lacked delivery, in partial or total, for every cause. For items

not included on our catalogue or “customized” our Company

reserves the right to consider their feasibility and to establish

prices and delivery terms.

PACKING

Our products are packed in single boxes and supplied with

screws and plugs. If needed a hexagonal screw-drive (except

for the series “Special”) will be supplied with.

The series if purchased as complete set of 6/8 pieces can be

supplied in a suitcases, if requested by the customer (at the

same price).

Capannoli Srl has however the exclusive right to choose the

way of packing.

TRANSPORT

The goods travels to risk and danger of the Purchaser. The

Consignee is held to check the goods at its arrival and to

contest eventual damages directly to the carrier also when the

goods travels in free port (within 8 days from delivery).

Every shipment is carried out from the Capannoli Srl that

reserves itself the choice of the carrier, unless than the

Purchaser prefers to pay and send directly a different carrier.

The carriage fees are debit on the invoice.

CLAIMS

Every supply is understood accepted after 8 days from the

reception of the goods without claims. No product can be

returned without our written authorization.

No authorization will be allowed to return items no more

present in our pricelist and for all the customized products.

On the way bill of the returned goods, must be mentioned the

references of the purchase invoice.

IDENTIFICATION DATA

The customer is responsible of all the informed identification

data, like: Company name, Residence, Place of delivery, V.A.T

number, and for all the requirements of the enforced legislation.

CONTROVERSIES

For any controversy between the Capannoli Srl and the

customer, it will be always and only competent the place of

Siena. The here above sales terms are understood accepted by

sending the purchase order.

TECHNICAL DATA

The electrical appliances are marked

based on the

European Directives.

Our bathroom products are available in the following productive

combinations:

A) Lacquered colors

Every single piece is scoured and sanded before the enamelling

treatment, after which epoxy dust is applied and the pieces are

« baked » in an oven at 180°C for 60 minutes. Laquered colours

are available on all the metal products, if not quoted, their price

is + 30% over the chrome price.

B) Chromed Brass

At an earlier phase of detailed cleaning every piece is treated

as follows: they are galvanised with nickel and chromed.

C) Gilded brass.

At an earlier phase of cleaning every piece is treated as

follows: they are galvanised with nickel and then 24 carat bath

gold or Nickel-matt , Satin-nickel, Satin-brass, Satin-bronze,

Satin-copper. The items have been covered by a transparent

protection in the oven at 160° for 60 minutes..

All ceramics supplied with our items are in glazed white paste.

All measurements are express in centimetres, except other

I nostri articoli da bagno sono disponibili nelle seguenti

combinazioni produttive:

A) Colori laccati

La laccatura prevede un trattamento di sgrassatura

e sabbiatura di ogni singolo pezzo con la successiva

applicazione di polvere epossidica e cottura a forno a 180°C

per 60 minuti.

I colori laccati si possono realizzare su tutti i prodotti in metallo

del catalogo, se non specificato, hanno un prezzo del + 30%

dal cromo.

B) Ottone cromato

Ad una prima fase di accurata pulitura di ogni singolo pezzo

seguono trattamenti galvanici di nichelatura e successiva

cromatura.

C) Ottone dorato

Ad una prima fase di accurata pulitura di ogni singolo pezzo

seguono i trattamenti galvanici di nichelatura e successivo

bagno oro 24Kt. o Nichel-Matt, Nichel satinato, Bronzo

satinato, Rame satinato. Gli articoli vengono inoltre sottoposti

ad un trattamento di protezione con verniciatura trasparente e

successiva cottura a forno a 160°C per 60 minuti.

Tutte le ceramiche montate sui nostri articoli sono in pasta

bianca smaltata.

Tutte le misure sono espresse in centimetri (CM.) salvo diversa

indicazione

I nostri articoli da bagno sono prodotti secondo criteri

costruttivi che ne garantiscono la durata e l’inalterabilità

nel tempo; nella pulizia è necessaria soltanto l’accortezza

di usare una spugna inumidita con acqua e un panno

non abrasivo per asciugare. Non devono essere trattati

con acidi o polveri detersive o rigati per negligenza.

Per la pulizia degli specchi non usare assolutamente

alcool o altre sostanze abrasive o che possono corrodere

l’argentatura. Si raccomanda di usare solo un panno

bagnato d’acqua ed asciugare accuratamente. La

ditta Capannoli si riserva a suo insindacabile giudizio

di apportare modifiche allo scopo di migliorare la

produzione.

GARANZIA (per prodotti in ottone cromato)

La nostra garanzia e responsabilità sulla qualità della merce,

si limita alla sostituzione delle parti difettose all’atto del

funzionamento per accertate cause di fabbricazione.

La garanzia viene a cessare automaticamente se gli articoli

vengono istallati o utilizzati in modo non conforme alle

indicazioni della Casa ed in particolare:

1) per difetti causati da cadute o urti;

2) se il prodotto è stato maldestramente manomesso;

3) se a monte della rubinetteria non sono stati installati filtri

o addolcitori;

4) se i difetti presentati si riferiscono a macchie o alterazioni

della finitura esterna anche dovute a normale usura di

esercizio;

5) se l’utente non è in grado di esibire il presente certificato

unitamente alla ricevuta fiscale compro-vante l’acquisto.

La garanzia non da mai e in nessun caso diritto alla refusione

di spese e risarcimento di danni diretti e indiretti.

La restituzione della merce deve avvenire sempre previa

autorizzazione della Casa.

Questo tagliando dovrà essere rimandato con la descrizione

della natura del reclamo per qualsiasi difetto di costruzione

dell’articolo accluso.

ATTENZIONE - Non sottoporre a sforzo le parti in vetro,

potrebbero rompersi e causare danni alle persone.

La ditta declina ogni responsabilità.

Capannoli Srl proprietario esclusivo, si riserva di apportare modifiche tecniche ed estetiche ove ritenga necessario. I colori dei prodotti possono risultare talvolta diversi da quelli riprodotti in questo catalogo.

Our bathroom articles are produced according to

construction criteria which guarantee their durability

and permanence with time; for cleaning, it is only

necessary to use a damp sponge with water and a non

abrasive cloth for drying: they must not be treated with

acids, detergent powders, or negligence. Alcohol and

other abrasive substances or substances that could

corrode the silver plating must never be used to clean

the mirrors. Use a damp cloth and dry carefully.

The company Capannoli reserves the final right, to

carry out modification with the aim of improving the

production.

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

(chromed-brass products)

Our warranty and liability for product quality are limited to the

replacement of parts found to be defective during use due to

ascertained defects in workmanship.

The warranty will automatically become void should the articles

not be installed or used according to the manufacturer’s

indications, namely:

1) if the defects are caused by falls or shocks;

2) if the articles were tampered with by inexpert persons;

3) if filters and water softeners were not installed upstream of

the taps;

4) if the external finish becomes stained or ruined also due to

normal use;

5) if the buyer is unable to provide this warranty certificate and

proof of purchase.

The warranty shall not in any event entitle the buyer to any

reimbursement of costs and indemnity for damages.

Authorisation must be obtained from the manufacturer prior to

return of any goods.

This voucher must be returned with the defective article and

specifying the nature of the claim for defects in workmanship.

WARNING - Do not subject glass parts to stress as they

mighbreak, causing injury. The company declines all

responsibility.
