The Friulsider screw heads and washers can be coloured by LACQUERING, a type of colouring which is

especially resistant to knocks, bangs and severe weather conditions.

The LACQUERING is carried out through the application of a synthetic enamel, which gives an elevated

hardness and a bright finish to the product.

The LACQUERING process is the same as that used for the colouring of cars.

The following operations are carried out:

1°: a "gripping" varnish is applied, which consolidates the bond between the screw surface and the

enamel to be applied.

2°: thedilutedsyntheticenamelisthenapplied.

3°: theproductisthenoven-driedatatemperaturegreaterthan100°C.

Friulsider uses only the best enamel available to guarantee a constant high level of quality.

La tête des vis et les rondelles Friulsider peuvent être colorées par LAQUAGE, traitement particulièrement résistant aux

chocs et aux intempéries.

Le LAQUAGE est fait en appliquant un émail synth

étique ayant un gré de dureté élevé et de finissage brillant.

Le procédé du LAQUAGE est le m

ême qu’on utilise pour le vernissage des autos.

Ce finissage est obtenu en faisant les opérations suivantes :

1°: on applique un vernis qui grippe, ce qui fait renforcer le lien entre la surface de la vis et l’émail qu’on va déposer.

2°: onappliquel’émailsynthétiqueprécédemmentdilué.

3°: onfaitsécheràl’aided’unfour,àunetempératuretoujourssupérieureà100°C.
