Electrical connection

DANGER!

The mains voltage connections on the left-hand side

L/L’/1–5/N are loaded with 230 volts. These termi-

nals must only be touched when they are de-ener-

gised. Otherwise, there is a danger of death due to

electric shock.

eBUS connection and sensor lines are to be installed

in a separate location from power lines.

The strain relief (cable clamps) can be installed normally or con-

versely depending on the cable strength used. This is done to

achieve optimum safeguarding of the wiring.

The electrical installation and safeguarding are to comply with

local regulations.

The controller is to be continuously energised in order to ensure

its function at all times.

For this reason, upstream mains switches are to be limited to

emergency or main switches, which are usually left in the oper-

ating position.

Prior to commissioning, all components are to be checked to

ensure that the electrical connection has been established prop-

erly.

The connection assignment is dependent on, and

varies according to, the chosen hydraulic variant and

option. This is marked by “*”.

With regard to highly inductive loads in the vicinity

of the controller (contactors, solenoid valves, etc.),

interference suppression by means of RC modules

directly at the coil connections of the interfering

components may be necessary. Recommended RC

modules: 0.047 mF, 100 W for 250 VAC (e.g. Bosch,

RIFA, etc.).
