• Grazie ad una adeguata coibentazione del corpo

caldaia eseguita con uno strato di lana minerale ad alta

densità, protetto di lamierino inox, le dispersioni verso

l’ambiente sono molto contenute.

• Il portellone anteriore costituito da un adeguato

spessore di cemento refrattario che ne copre tutta

l’estensione della superficie riscaldata della piastra

tubiera. L’apertura reversibile (destra o sinistra), e il

sistema di chiusura e regolazione micrometrico rendono

il portellone di facile movimentazione.

• Le saldature delle parti in pressione sono tutte eseguite

da personale qualificato ed approvato secondo norme EN.

• L’ispezionabilità lato acqua è garantita mediante un

passo uomo sul colmo caldaia e da un passa mano

sulla parte inferiore.

• Manutenzione garantita dalla facilità di accesso dal

portellone al focolare e al fascio tubiero e dalla cassa

fumi smontabile.

• The front door consists of an adequate thickness of

refractory cement that covers the entire heated surface

of the pipe plates. The front door with reversible

opening (right and left), and the micrometric closing

and adjustment system make the door easy to move.

• The parts subject to pressure are all welded by

qualified and approved personnel, according to EN

standards.

• The water circuit can be inspected through a manhole

at the top of the boiler and a hand opening ring at the

bottom.

• Maintenance guaranteed by easy access to the

furnace and the tube bundle through the door and the

removable smokebox.
