fitti brevi, a pochi minuti dalla storica

città bianca di Ostuni. Lo stesso colore bianco vive in ogni spazi

dell’elegante residenza, in un progetto curato dallo studio di architettur

a

olandese “Studio Toff” capace di coniugare magistralmente l’identit

italiana e il sapore scandinavo. Nata dal ripensamento di un edi

ficio

già esistente, Villa Ostuni propone un design minimal ma confortevole,

un’atmosfera lussuosa ma familiare che pervade tutti gli spazi della

casa, da quelli conviviali alla zona outdoor, con la piscina scultorea e

il sofisticato solarium, passando per la cucina con vista fino alle sale d

a

bagno.

Un mix equilibrato in un contesto di incantevole bellezza, dove desig

e architettura si fondono con il paesaggio. Il risultato è una location

Immersed in the centuries-old olive tree groves of the Apulian

countryside, Villa Ostuni is an exclusive refurbishment project designed

for hospitality.

This holiday home that saw a young New York couple fall in love at

first sight, becoming their buen retiro but also a destination of prestige

for short rentals, is just minutes from the historic white-coloured tow

n

of Ostuni. The same hue permeates every space of the elegant

residence, in a design by the Dutch architectural firm Studio Toff,

capable of masterfully combining Italian identity and Scandinavian style.

Born from the rethinking of an existing building, Villa Ostuni offers a

minimalist design embellished by a comfortable and luxurious yet

homely atmosphere that pervades all spaces within the house, from the

communal areas to the outdoor zone, to the sculptural swimming pool

and sophisticated solarium, through to the kitchen with pretty views and

even to the bathrooms.

A balanced mix in a setting of enchanting beauty, where design and

architecture blend with the landscape. The result is an exclusive locatio
