Essenziale e contemporaneo VOV apartment gioca su una palett

e

di colori neutri su cui spiccano accenti vivaci ed intensi. La base

è

quella del cemento grigio dei soffitti e degli elementi portanti della

struttura, mantenuti allo stato originale salvo un trattamento anti-polvere,

dell’intonaco bianco delle pareti e del parquet in legno naturale del

pavimento. I tocchi di colore invece sono distribuiti nello spazio, tra gli

arredi blu cobalto dal gusto pop, i mobili su misura, come la libreria viol

a

sotto la scala in metallo, e lo schienale della cucina in vetro rosa ch

e

gioca con le scaffalature nere e i piani di lavoro in tinta o a contrasto

.

Ma ogni spazio ha anche un preciso punto progettato per concentrar

e

l’attenzione, sottolineato da un’opera d’arte scelta accuratamente da

i

proprietari, da sempre immersi nel mondo dell’arte contemporanea e

del design.

Nell’open space il focus è l’angolo vicino alla finestra, in cui il pianoforte

digitale si appoggia alla parete in cemento dove spicca un dipint

o

dell’artista Francoise Oz. Sopra le scale è stato invece collocato un

collage di Oleksii Kondakov, individuato proprio in base alle specifiche

dei progettisti che volevano un quadro grande e verticale da accostar

e

all’installazione luminosa realizzata con le lampade di Flos. Nella

camera padronale invece trova spazio sopra la testata del letto u

n

colorato quadro astratto di Stepan Ryabchenko.

Non è un’opera d’arte, ma sicuramente un punto focale del progetto, l

a

scaffalatura realizzata su misura nella zona living per ospitare gli oltre

2000 vinili collezionati dai committenti, appassionati anche di musica

AND PAINTINGS TO ATTRACT

ATTENTION

The understated and contemporary VOV Apartment plays on a neutra

l

colour palette with bright and intense accents. At the base is the grey

concrete of the ceilings and load-bearing elements of the structure, whic

h

have been kept in their original state except for an anti-dust treatment,

along with the white plaster of the walls and the natural wooden parquet

flooring. Touches of colour are then distributed throughout the space

,

between the cobalt blue furniture with a Pop

flavour, the custom-mad

e

furniture (such as the purple bookcase under the metal staircase) an

d

the pink glass kitchen backsplash that dialogues with the black of the

shelving and the matching or contrasting worktops.

Yet, every space also has a precise point designed to capture the

attention, highlighted by a work of art carefully chosen by the hom

e

owners, who have long been immersed in the world of contemporar

y

art and design.

In the open space, the focus is on the corner near the window, where a

digital piano stands against the concrete wall embellished by a painting

from artist Francoise Oz. Above the stairs, a collage by Oleksii Kondakov

has been expertly placed, precisely in line with the specifications of

the designers who sought a large, vertical painting to go with the light

installation created with Flos lighting. Moving to the master bedroom,

a

colourful abstract painting by Stepan Ryabchenko is displayed above

the headboard.

Not so much a work of art but certainly a focal point of the project is the

custom-made shelving unit in the living area that houses the 2000 vinyl

records collected by the clients, who are also music enthusiasts.
