Per raccontare lo spazio possiamo scegliere due elementi portanti,

Il primo è la scala, quasi un’opera scultorea che collega i divers

piani e diventa il fulcro dell’intero edificio. Realizzata con material

di pregio, la scala segue una linea curvilinea e si snoda

fluida nello

spazio creando un senso di movimento che cattura l’attenzione da ogn

i

punto di osservazione. Le stesse linee morbide e stondate si ritrovano

più volte nell’abitazione, tra gli arredi ma anche nelle stesse

finiture

e nei rivestimenti. Un accento curvilineo che punta a raccontare un

a

modernità meno rigida ma più calda e accogliente.

Il secondo elemento portante sono i soffitti e le relative installazioni

luminose. Non semplici superfici orizzontali ma controsof

fitti con volumi

ben de

finiti, spesso curvilinei, impreziositi da luci radenti e da importanti

lampadari a sospensione, che scendono dall’alto come cascate di vetr

o

scintillante e luminoso. In questa villa le luci sono veri e propri gioielli ch

caratterizzano gli ambienti e de

finiscono le zone funzionali ancor più

delle pareti stesse. Anche perché si tratta di un progetto a pianta aperta

in cui gli spazi fluiscono gli uni negli altri, favorendo la sensazione d

INSTALLATIONS TO STYLE THE

SPACE

This exclusive residence offers a perfect mix of luxury and creativity that

is difficult to describe in individual details but easy to grasp in its overal

intent. All is harmonious and orderly, chosen and arranged with care i

n

the space and in the close relationship with the surrounding elements.

We work on the “full” rather than on the “empty” but it is a refine

d

abundance in which to immerse and identify in expressing a personal

and well-defined style.

To tell the story of the project, we can choose two main elements, abl

e

to characterise the space entirely, underlining the expressive and artistic

potential of the project. Both are united by a re

flection on the heights that

make the environments feel even larger and grander.

The first is the staircase, almost a sculptural work that connects the

different floors and becomes the fulcrum of the entire building. Made o

f

high-quality materials, the staircase is curvilinear, winding fluidly through

space, creating a sense of movement that captures attention from ever

y

vantage point. The same soft and rounded lines are found several times in

the home, in the furnishings but also in the same

finishes and coatings. A

curvilinear accent conveys a less rigid yet warmer and more welcomin

g

modernity.

The second supporting element is the ceilings and their light installations.

Not merely simple horizontal surfaces but false ceilings with well-define

d

volumes, often curvilinear, embellished by grazing lights and importan

t

chandeliers that descend from overhead like cascades of shimmering

and bright glass. In this villa, the light fixtures are jewels that characterise

the rooms and define the functional areas even more than the walls

themselves. This is particularly because this is an open-plan project in

which spaces

flow into each other, favouring the feeling of spaciousness

and defining a strongly contemporary way of living
