“Il cliente voleva che ogni spazio si distinguesse e avesse una propri

identità”, racconta l’architetto Rohan Jain di Projected Rays. Anche i

bagni seguono queste linee guida pur mantenendo alcuni tratti comuni,

tra cui le ampie aree wellness e le rubinetterie tutte

firmate FIMA. E poi i

materiali che sono sempre di pregio, come i marmi e i legni impreziosit

i

da intagli e modanature, che accompagnano complementi ed arredi

altrettanto

finemente decorati.

Il risultato sono spazi generosi e ben equipaggiati, in cui lusso e comfort

trovano il giusto equilibrio

.

Accade in particolare negli spazi doccia, dove grande attenzione

è

rivolta alla scelta di soluzioni d’avanguardia per la gestione dell’acqua.

Una ricerca di funzionalità che FIMA ha risolto sia con i gruppi di

miscelazione ad incasso sia con i sof

fioni spesso installati a soffitto. Da

notare che non si tratta di semplici box doccia ma, in particolare nell

a

zona notte, di vere e proprie “stanze” all’interno della stanza da bagno

.

Per le zone lavabo la collezione che meglio risalta la natura lussuosa

e multiforme del progetto è TEXTURE COLLECTION, un classico i

chiave moderna disegnato da Meneghello e Paolelli Associati. Textur

ficando la cover del comando, che diventa

marmo bianco su base oro in un ambiente chiaro, oppure total look

cromo nero per risaltare dettagli scuri, e così via.

Nei bagni della zona giorno troviamo invece una collezione dal

design intrigante e vivace. E’ SO, disegnata da Davide Vercelli, che

qui si declina in versione soprapiano oppure incasso, con l’elegante

comando in legno. Ancora una volta un dettaglio materico scelto per

personalizzare lo spazio, una costante che caratterizza l’intero progetto

di questa villa esclusiva

.

“The client wanted each space to stand out and have its own identity,”

says architect Rohan Jain of Projected Rays. Although the bathrooms follo

w

these guidelines while maintaining some common features, including the

large wellness areas and FIMA tapware. Then there are the materials

that are always of value, such as the marbles and woods embellishe

d

with carvings and mouldings, which accompany complements an

d

furnishings that are equally

finely decorated.

The result is generous, well-equipped spaces where luxury and comfort

strike the right balance.

This is particularly the case in shower spaces, where great attention is

paid to the choice of state-of-the-art solutions for water management. Th

e

search for functionality has been resolved by FIMA, both with the built-in

mixing units and with the shower heads, often installed on the ceiling

.

It should be noted that these are not simple shower enclosures but, in

particular for the sleeping area, veritable “rooms” inside the bathroom.

For the washbasin areas, the collection that best highlights the luxuriou

s

and multifaceted nature of the project is TEXTURE COLLECTION, a classic

with a modern touch designed by Meneghello and Paolelli Associati.

Texture changes the finishes in each environment, while allowing for

further customisation by modifying the operating cover, which becomes

white marble on a gold base in a light environment or total black chrom

e

look to highlight dark details, and so on.

In the bathrooms for the living area, we find a collection with an

intriguing and lively design. This is SO, designed by Davide Vercelli,

available here in a built-in version, with the elegant wooden control.

Once again a material detail chosen to customise the space, a constant

that characterises the entire project of this exclusive villa.
