ISTRUZIONI DI APPLICAZIONE

Accertarsi, prima dell’applicazione, che il supporto sia

perfettamente asciutto e stagionato, pulito, senza infiltrazioni di

muffe, funghi, batteri ecc.

Preparazione del supporto:

Applicazione su esterni: si consiglia l’applicazione su intonaci a

base di calce.

In caso di intonaci rovinati, procedere all’asportazione e

ripristinare le superfici con nuovi intonaci.

In caso di supporti sfarinanti applicare preventivamente una

mano di CLEAR CONSOLIDATOR diluito con acqua in proporzione

1:1 per consolidare la superficie.

Si consiglia di inumidire sempre le superfici prima

dell’applicazione dei prodotti a base di calce per favorire la

reazione di ancoraggio.

Si consiglia l’applicazione di un protettivo idrorepellente per

evitare l’assorbenza caratteristica di una superficie a base calce.

Applicazione su interni: applicare direttamente su intonaco civile

e/o vecchie pitture minerali purché non sfarinanti, in buono stato

e sufficientemente ruvide.

In caso di supporti sfarinanti applicare preventivamente una

mano di CLEAR CONSOLIDATOR diluito con acqua in proporzione

1:1 per consolidare la superficie.

Su supporti quali gesso, scagliola, cartongesso, pitture sintetiche

ecc. applicare preventivamente MULTIPURPOSE FINE PRIMER

W-170-A1.

Applicare una mano di Rasato Minerale con frattone d’acciaio

per il riempimento del supporto.

AVVERTENZE E CONSIGLI

•

Prima di procedere all’applicazione, assicurarsi che il supporto

sia perfettamente asciutto e stagionato e sia perfettamente

ancorato al substrato; che non presenti sporco, unto,

contaminazione da muffe, funghi, batteri, sali o quant’altro

possa compromettere l’adesione o la buona riuscita del lavoro.

•

Conservare gli imballi al riparo dal gelo (minimo +5°C);

conservare in luogo fresco, asciutto ed al riparo dal sole.

•

Utilizzare il prodotto a temperatura ambientale e del supporto

compresa tra +8°C e +30°C e con umidità relativa non

superiore al 75%.

•

Evitare che l’essiccazione avvenga a temperatura dell’ambiente

e del supporto inferiore a +5°C.

•

Non applicare con il rischio di pioggia imminente, in pieno sole,

in presenza di forte vento o con nebbie persistenti.

•

Proteggere le superfici da pioggia battente o depositi

superficiali di acqua o altre sostanze per il tempo necessario

alla completa stagionatura del prodotto.

•

Predisporre il lavoro in modo da poter dare esecuzione

continuativa all’opera fino a interruzioni architettoniche al

fine di evitare il formarsi di giunti, sormonti e differenze di

colorazioni.

WARNINGS AND ADVICE

Make sure, before application, that the substrate is perfectly dry

and seasoned, clean, without the infiltration of mold, fungus,

bacteria, etc.

Support preparation:

Application on exteriors: we recommend the application on lime-

based plasters.

In case of damaged plasters, proceed with the removal and

restore the surfaces with new plasters.

In case of chalking substrates, first apply a coat of CLEAR

CONSOLIDATOR diluted with water in a 1: 1 proportion to

consolidate the surface.

It is advisable to always dampen the surfaces before applying the

lime-based products to favor the anchoring reaction.

We recommend the application of a water-repellent protective to

avoid the absorbency characteristic of a lime-based surface.

Application on interiors: apply directly on civil plaster and / or old

mineral paints as long as they are not chalking, in good condition

and sufficiently rough.

In case of chalking substrates, first apply a coat of CLEAR

CONSOLIDATOR diluted with water in a 1: 1 proportion to

consolidate the surface.

On substrates such as plaster, scagliola, plasterboard, synthetic

paints etc. apply beforehand MULTIPURPOSE FINE PRIMER
