CARATTERISTICHE
Lo Smalto Paint Makers è un prodotto a base di resine acriliche
(emulsionate in fase acquosa), biossido di titanio e/o pigmenti
inalterabili alla luce, e speciali additivi atti a garantire la stabilità e
una perfetta adesione al supporto.
Dotato di ottima resa ed elevato potere coprente, riveste la
superficie con una pellicola compatta. A essiccazione conclusa,
è caratterizzato da ottima resistenza al lavaggio con i comuni
detergenti in soluzione acquosa e all’azione degli agenti
atmosferici per lungo tempo. È adeguato all’utilizzo in ambienti
alimentari, perché dotato di certificazione Haccp.

CHARACTERISTICS
The Paint Makers wall paint is a product based on acrylic resins
(emulsified in the aqueous phase), titanium dioxide and / or
pigments unalterable to light, and special additives to ensure
stability and perfect adhesion to the support.
With excellent performance and high covering power, it dresses
the surface with a compact film.
After drying, it is characterized by excellent resistance to washing
with common detergents in aqueous solution and to the action of
atmospheric agents for a long time. It is suitable for use in food
environments, because it is Haccp certified.

AVVERTENZE E CONSIGLI
•
Conservare gli imballi al riparo dal gelo (minimo +5°C).
•
Conservare in luogo fresco, asciutto ed al riparo dal sole.
•
Utilizzare il prodotto a temperatura ambientale e del supporto
compresa tra +8°C e +30°C e con umidità relativa non
superiore al 75%.
•
Evitare che l’essiccazione avvenga a temperatura dell’ambiente
e del supporto inferiore a +5°C.
•
Non applicare con il rischio di pioggia imminente, in pieno sole,
in presenza di forte vento o con nebbie persistenti.
•
Proteggere le superfici da pioggia battente o depositi
superficiali di acqua o altre sostanze per il tempo necessario
alla completa stagionatura del prodotto.
•
Predisporre il lavoro in modo da poter dare esecuzione
continuativa all’opera fino a interruzioni architettoniche al fine di
evitare il formarsi di giunti, sormonti e differenze di colorazioni.

WARNINGS AND ADVICE
Il prodotto presenta le caratteristiche sotto indicate:

Keep the packaging away from frost (minimum + 5° C).
•
Store in a cool, dry place away from the sun.
•
Use the product at room temperature and at a substrate
between +8° C and +30° C and with relative humidity not
exceeding 75%.
•
Avoid drying at room and substrate temperatures below + 5° C.
•
Do not apply with the risk of imminent rain, in full sun, in the
presence of strong wind or with persistent mists.
•
Protect surfaces from driving rain or superficial deposits of
water or other substances for the time necessary for complete
curing of the product.
•
Prepare the work so as to be able to carry out the work
continuously up to architectural interruptions in order to avoid
the formation of joints, overlaps and color differences.

CAMPI DI UTILIZZO
Previa preparazione della superficie, Smalto Opaco e Smalto
Satinato può essere applicato su: intonaco civile, calcestruzzo,
cemento prefabbricato (esente da disarmanti), gesso e derivati,
vecchie pitture (lavabili, a calce), legno, masonite, faesite, cotto,
biscotto, carta, cartone.
È particolarmente indicato:
•
per locali che necessitano di una particolare esigenza igienica
come mense, cucine, ospedali, ambulatori ecc.
•
Su pareti interne dove si richieda alta resistenza al lavaggio ed
all’usura.
•
Nella decorazione e protezione di edifici esterni soggetti ad
elevata esposizione all’acqua e alle intemperie.
ISTRUZIONI DI APPLICAZIONE
Accertarsi, prima dell’applicazione, che il supporto sia
perfettamente asciutto e stagionato, pulito, senza infiltrazioni di
muffe, funghi, batteri. In caso di pareti interne già tinteggiate,
rimuovere eventuali macchie e polvere.
In caso di supporto assorbente, sfarinante o difforme applicare
una prima mano di Wall Consolidator Primer.
In caso di supporti coesi e precedentemente verniciati con smalto
o idropittura lavabile è possibile applicare direttamente lo Smalto.
•
Applicare lo Smalto a pennello o rullo in due mani a distanza di 8 ore.
•
Il prodotto è pronto all’uso. Nel caso si desideri rendere più
scorrevole l’applicazione, diluire con acqua massimo 15%.
FIELDS OF USE
After surface preparation, Smalto Opaco and Smalto Satinato
can be applied to: civil plaster, concrete, prefabricated cement
(without release agents), plaster and derivatives, old paint
(washable, lime-based), wood, masonite, hardboard, terracotta,
biscuit, paper, cardboard.
It is particularly suited for:
•
premises that require particular hygiene requirement such as
canteens, kitchens, hospitals, clinics, etc.
•
On interior walls where high resistance to washing and wear is
required.
•
In the decoration and protection of external buildings subject to
high exposure to water and weather.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure, before application, that the substrate is perfectly dry
and seasoned, clean, with no infiltration of mold, fungi or bacteria. In
case of already painted interior walls, remove any stains and dust.
In the case of an absorbent, chalking or non-uniform support,
apply a first coat of Wall Consolidator Primer.
In the case of cohesive supports previously painted with glaze
or washable water-based paint, it is possible to directly apply
the Paint.
•
Apply the Paint with a brush or roller in two coats 8 hours apart.
•
The product is ready to use. If you want to make the application
smoother, dilute with a maximum of 15% water.
