y: G oods are sold ex factory . SIMAS S.p.A. reserves the right to carry out orders in more than one shipment depending

on stock availabilit

y terms: Delivery and shipment terms are approxi mate since, even though shipping schedules are organised to meet

y consignment will be considered as accepted after 8 days upon receipt of goods. After that, complaints will

not be token into consideration. Complaints must be forwarded within the a.m. term by registered mail directly to SIMAS S.p.A.
