CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA / GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
1 - PREZZI / PRICES
Le quotazioni si intendono IVA esclusa e possono subire
variazioni senza preavviso.
All given quotations are intended to be VAT excluded and
can be subjected to modifications without notice.
2 - ORDINI / ORDERS
Tutti gli ordini si intendono assunti a titolo di prenotazione
e non impegnano la nostra Ditta alla consegna, anche
parziale, di quanto ordinato e sulla data d’evasione degli
stessi.
All orders are intended to be accepted as production
booking and do not bind our company for to delivering the
goods, not even partially of what has been booked, neither
it is binding for the delivery date.
3 - SPEDIZIONI / SHIPMENT
Sono sempre effettuate in porto assegnato salvo speciali
accordi in contrario.
La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente e,
anche se venduta franco destinatario, ci riteniamo sollevati
da ogni responsabilità per eventuali ammanchi o avarie che
debbono essere fatte valere nei confronti del trasportatore.
Shipment of the goods are always intended to be
EX-WORKS unless differently specified and agreed. Goods
are delivered and travel at risk and peril of the Buyer.
Although goods may be sold and delivered on DDP basis,
we will not take charge of any damages and/or missing
parts which must be claimed to the forwarder.
4 - CONSEGNE / DELIVERY TIME
I tempi di consegna sono puramente indicativi
(salvo accordi programmati).
Eventuali ritardi non autorizzano a richieste danni o ad
annullamento ordini.
Delivery time are is given as indication (unless they have been
programmed and agreed well in advance). Eventual delays do
not authorize to order cancellation neither they might be taken
into consideration for damages requests or claims.
5 - IMBALLI / PACKAGE
Gli imballi sono fatturati al puro costo e non si accettano
di ritorno.
Package are invoiced at cost and will not be accepted in
return
6 - FATTURAZIONE / INVOICING
Ordine minimo Euro 250,00.
Per importi inferiori saranno applicate le spese d’emissione
fattura pari a Euro 15,00 o effettuata la spedizione in
contrassegno.
Minimum accepted order EURO 250,00.
For less amount additional Euro 15,00 will be added in the
invoice or the shipment will be done Cash on Delivery.
7 - PAGAMENTI / PAYMENTS
Secondo le modalità concordate anticipatamente.
Sui ritardi di pagamento saranno applicati interessi bancari a
norma di legge. La merce si intende in riservato dominio fino a
pagamento effettuato.
According to terms previously agreed. On payments delays
current bank interest will be charged. Goods are intended
to be under our own property until the full payment is
satisfied.
8 - GARANZIA / WARRANTY
La garanzia è quella d’uso delle case costruttrici.
Sono esclusi i difetti derivanti da imperizia, cattiva installazione,
sovraccarichi e simili. La nostra garanzia si limita alla riparazione
o al cambio dei pezzi riconosciuti difettosi, purché ritornati
franco nostro domicilio.
Warranty is intended to be the one in use for original
manufacturers. All defects relevant to unskillfulness or
any other similar such overloading, bad use and so on will
not be taken into consideration. Our warranty is limited to
repair and replace the pieces which are recognized to be
defective in origin. For the return of the goods for repairing
the goods, therefore the relevant shipment expenses are on
Customer account.
9 - RESI / RETURN OF GOODS
Non si accettano merci di ritorno senza preventiva nostra
autorizzazione e senza regolare documento di trasporto.
Missing our written authorization, return of goods will not
be accepted. Goods must travel with a regular shipping
document.
10 - RECLAMI / CLAIMS
Sarannopresiinconsiderazionesoloireclamifattientrogliotto
giorni seguenti il ritiro della merce.
La proprietà del materiale trapasserà all’acquirente solo a
pagamento effettuato.
Claims will be taken into consideration only within 8 days
from goods collection at destination.
Full property of the goods destined to Customer will only be
when goods are fully paid.
11 - RESPONSABILITÀ / RESPONSIBILITY
La nostra responsabilità è limitata alla qualità dei materiali;
le illustrazioni, le misure e quant’altro indicato non sono
impegnative e possono variare senza alcun obbligo di
preavviso.
Our responsibility is limited to the quality of the raw material
we employ in our production. All illustrations, sizes and
whatever indicated in the catalogue are not binding and can
be modified without any further notice.
12 - FORO / JURISDICTION
Per ogni contestazione o controversia è competente il Foro di
Busto Arsizio (VA).
Any dispute arising between the parties, shall of the exclusive
competence of the Court of Busto Arsizio (VA) – Italy
