INSULATING LAYERS

Lo strato isolante è ciò che si trova subito al di sotto

della tubazione, anche nel caso in cui tale “strato”

sia il risultato dell’accoppiamento tra due o più

pannelli. La norma UNI EN 12164 pone particolare

attenzione alla resistenza termica (R) posta tra

l’impianto e gli ambienti adiacenti.

The insulating layer is what is immediately below

the pipework, even if this ‘layer’ is the result of the

coupling between two or more panels.

The UNI EN 12164 standard pays particular

attention to the thermal resistance (R) between

the system and adjacent rooms.

In base alla contiguità con un ambiente riscaldato

o con un ambiente “freddo” la resistenza

termica varia. I valori di riferimento da prendere

in considerazione sono indicati nella tabella

sottostante.

Depending on the contiguity with a heated or ‘cold’

environment, the thermal resistance varies.

The reference values to be taken into consideration

are shown in the table below.
