THINK ZERO: le lastre ultrasottili Slimtech sono le superfici ceramiche

Carbon Neutral di Lea Ceramiche, a CO2 compensata al 100%.

La produzione è effffettuata con l’impiego di una tecnologia innovativa

in grado di ridurre l’impatto ambientale e le emissioni. Quest’ultime,

dopo esser state calcolate considerando l’intero ciclo di vita, sono state

completamente compensate attraverso l’acquisto ed il ritiro di crediti di

CO2 appartenenti allo standard CDM (Clean Development Mechanism)

che derivano da un progetto di trasporto pubblico sostenibile in India.*

RIUTILIZZO DEL 100% DEGLI SCARTI CRUDI

Il 100% degli scarti crudi derivanti dal ciclo di produzione vengono riutilizzati nella

fase di preparazione dell’impasto, contribuendo in modo sensibile alla salvaguardia

delle risorse naturali riducendo l’estrazione di materie prime da cava.

Il 100% dei rifiuti non ceramici derivanti dalle attività produttive è gestito in modo

difffferenziato e riciclato in altri processi produttivi.

RIUTILIZZO DEL 100% DELLE ACQUE DI PROCESSO

La produzione di piastrelle di ceramica richiede ingenti quantitativi di acqua. Per

salvaguardare questa importante risorsa naturale LEA CERAMICHE riutilizza il 100%

delle acque reflue derivanti dal ciclo

di produzione, generando una riduzione fino all’80% del fabbisogno idrico degli

stabilimenti.

BASSE EMISSIONI IN ATMOSFERA

Gli importanti investimenti attuati nelle migliori tecnologie a disposizione permettono

di realizzare i prodotti LEA CERAMICHE riducendo al minimo le emissioni gassose

in atmosfera, raggiungendo livelli 10 volte inferiori ai severi limiti ambientali richiesti

della legislazione italiana.

THINK ZERO: ultra-thin slabs Slimtech are the ceramic surfaces by Lea

Ceramiche that are carbon-neutral, offffsetting 100% of the CO2 produced.

The slabs are produced using an innovative technology that reduces

both environmental impact and emissions. These emissions, after being

calculated taking into consideration the product’s entire life cycle, have

been fully offffset through the purchase and withdrawal of CO2 credits,

in accordance with the CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) standard,

derived from a sustainable public transportation project in India.*

Waste-fired tiles are fully reused in the production cycle. In addition, at the end of

life, LEA CERAMICHE tiles can be recycled as materials for substrates for roads and

buildings, thus reducing the use of gravel and natural aggregates commonly used in

100% der Rohabfälle aus dem Produktionszyklus werden in der Vorbereitungsphase

des Gemisches wiederverwertet und tragen somit ihren Teil zum Schutz der

Naturressourcen bei, indem sie den Abbau von Rohmaterialien verringern.

WIEDERVERWENDEUNG/-VERWERTUNG ZU 100% DER BEIM BRENNEN DER

FLIESEN ANFALLENDEN ABFÄLLE

Die beim Brennen der Fliesen anfallenden Abfälle werden vollständig wieder in den

Produktionszyklus aufgenommen. Außerdem können die Fliesen LEA Ceramiche

nach ihrem “Lebensende” als inertes Material als Untergrund für Straßen oder

Gebäude verwendet werden und somit den Einsatz von gewöhnlicherweise im

Bauwesen eingesetzten Kies und inerten Naturmaterialien reduzieren.

Die Herstellung von Keramikfliesen erfordert beträchtliche Wassermengen. Um

diese wichtige Naturressource zu schützen, verwertet LEA CERAMICHE 100 % der

Abwässer des Produktionszyklus wieder und ermöglicht somit eine Reduktion des

Wasserbedarfs in den Anlagen von bis zu 80 %.

NIEDRIGE EMISSIONSWERTE

Dank der starken Investitionen in die modernsten, verfügbaren

Produktionstechnologien ist es uns möglich, sämtliche Produkte von LEA

CERAMICHE so herzustellen, dass die Schadstoffffemissionen in die Atmosphäre auf

das Geringste reduziert werden. Wir erreichen dabei ein Niveau, das 10 mal unter

den strengen Grenzwerten der italienischen Gesetzgebung liegt.

BETRÄCHTLICHE REDUZIERUNG DES ENERGIEBERDARFS

Der Einsatz fortschrittlicher Technologien und optimaler Lösungen beim Bau der

Anlagen reduzieren den Einsatz von Methangas beim Produktionsprozess auf

beträchtliche Weise.

VERWENDUNG VON 100 % RECYCLEBAREN VERPACKUNGEN

Die Materialien, die zur Verpackung der Produkte von LEA CERAMICHE verwendet

werden (Schachteln, Kartons, Kunststoffffe, Holzpaletten, usw.) sind vollständig

recyclebar.

FAO-PALETTEN

LEA CERAMICHE verwendet gemäß Standard IPPC/FAO ISPM 15 rindenfreie

Paletten (DB) und gibt daher den Importländern die Garantie für den Schutz ihres

100 % des déchets bruts provenant du cycle de production sont réutilisés pendant

la phase de préparation de la pâte, contribuant sensiblement à la préservation des

ressources naturelles réduisant l’extraction de matières premières minières.

RÉUTILISATION/RECYCLAGE DE 100 % DES REJETS DE CUISSON

Les rejets de cuisson sont entièrement réutilisés dans le cycle de production. En

fin de vie, les carreaux Lea Ceramiche peuvent par ailleurs être utilisés comme

granulats pour les soubassements de routes et de bâtiments, ce qui permet de

réduire l’utilisation de gravier et de granulats naturels habituellement utilisés en

La production de carreaux de céramique nécessite de grandes quantités d'eau. Pour

sauvegarder cette importante ressource naturelle, LEA CERAMICHE réutilise 100 %

des eaux usées provenant du cycle de production, générant une réduction jusqu'à

80% des besoins en eau des établissements.

BASSES ÉMISSIONS DANS L’ATMOSPHÈRE

Les importants investissements actuels dans les meilleures technologies qui sont à

notre disposition permettent de réaliser les produits

LEA CERAMICHE, en réduisant au minimum les émissions de gaz dans l’atmosphère,

et en atteignant des niveaux dix fois inférieurs aux limites environnementales très

strictes fixées par la législation italienne.

FORTE RÉDUCTION DES CONSOMMATIONS ÉNERGÉTIQUES

L’utilisation de technologies de pointe et de solutions d’installations optimales

permettent de réduire considérablement la consommation de gaz méthane dans le

processus de production.

UTILISATION D’EMBALLAGES 100 % RECYCLABLES

Les matériaux utilisés pour les emballages des produits LEA CERAMICHE (tels que

boîtes, carton, plastique, palettes en bois, etc,) sont complètement recyclables.
