Conformément à la Certification ISO 9001, toutes les phases
du processus de production, à partir de l’arrivée des matières
premières jusqu’à la sélection et le conditionnement du produit
fini, sont adéquatement vérifiées par du personnel qualifié qui
effffectue des contrôles de qualité approfondis. Le système
qualité des sites de production Panariagroup est vérifié tous
les ans par un organisme de certification externe au moyen de
visites d’inspection approfondies.
In Übereinstimmung mit der Zertifizierung ISO 9001,
werden alle Schritte des Produktionsprozesses, von der
Anlieferung der Rohstoffffe bis zur Auswahl und Verpackung
des Endprodukts von Fachpersonal durch eine sorgfältige
Qualitätskontrolle überwacht. Das Qualitätssystem der
Produktionsstätten der Panariagroup wird jährlich von
einer externen Zertifizierungsstelle durch genaue Kontrollen
überprüft.

DESCRIPTION
UPEC is a product certification issued by the French institute CSTB that
verifies the technical suitability of first choice products in relation to their
intended use.
The CE mark is a safety certification required by the European Union with
the intention of safeguarding health and safety.
The KEY-MARK and the Certiquality-UNI marks confirm that the certified
products are compliant with the EU laws regarding ceramic tiles.
The Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is a document that
communicates transparent information about the environmental
characterisitics of Lea Ceramiche porcelain tiles through its Life Cycle
Assessment (LCA). Lea Ceramiche products have a type III specific EPD.
This is certified by an independent third party according to ISO 14025 and
EN 15804 standards (applicable PCR). EPD certified products are required
by the main construction certifying bodies such as LEED (international),
BREEAM (England), HQE (France), and DGNB (Germany), as well as the
legislative frameworks in Italy (requisites for sustainable public contracts).
It is a voluntary certification that gives additional value to Lea Ceramiche
products because they are manufactured according to the highest
standards of sustainability and responsibility.
GREENGUARD certifies products that guarantee the highest standards
of air quality in indoor environments. All porcelain stoneware and
Slimtech Lea Ceramiche collections have obtained GREENGUARD GOLD
certification, i.e. the UL standard with the strictest VOC emission limits,
and are therefore able to ensure that they are as healthy as possible for
the people who use and inhabit these environments. They can therefore
be used in environments such as schools and health facilities, attended by
sensitive individuals such as children and the elderly.
GREENGUARD GOLD is a widely recognised certification required by
sustainable building programmes and design and construction regulations
around the world, such as LEED (international) and BREEAM (UK).
For most of its products, Lea Ceramiche has obtained certification for the
content of pre-consumer recycled material. This eco-sustainability feature
contributes to obtaining credits according to several international building
standards.
Lea Ceramiche is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and of
the Green Building Council ITALIA. These organizations promote the
construction of buildings and other works which respect the environment
as well as the health and well-being of the people who live and work
within them. The LEED data sheets for the Lea Ceramiche series are
available on request, both according to the LEED V4 protocol and to the
GBC Italia protocols.
The Lea Ceramiche products comply with the international standard ISO
17889-1 “Sustainability issues for ceramic tiling systems”, that establishes
the sustainability criteria for ceramic surfaces with the goal of providing
design professionals, contractors and consumers a standard that is
verifiable and valid at the international level for qualifying the product
according to economic, environmental and social sustainability.
The standard provides thirty-eight parameters to which compliance
is mandatory, and which determine a specific score for each product,
comparing it with reference values. Only ceramic tiles that achieve
a minimum score of 117.5 can obtain compliance with standard ISO
17889-1.
Panariagroup has adopted the HPD (Health Product Declaration) open
standard, recognized by USGBC LEED and created to promote attention
towards people and consumers by reporting product features and
information regarding health risks for all those involved in the project.
A voluntary tool, recognized within the LEED credits, that ensures
maximum transparency regarding the chemical composition of
Panariagroup products and the total absence of substances considered
to be harmful to human health and the environment. Declare is capable
of guiding the choices of designers and end consumers towards
healthier and more environmentally-friendly products.

UPEC è una certificazione di prodotto rilasciata dall’istituto francese CSTB
che verifica l’idoneità tecnica dei prodotti di prima scelta in relazione al tipo
di destinazione d’uso.
La marcatura CE è la certificazione di sicurezza del prodotto richiesta
dall’Unione Europea e ha lo scopo di salvaguardare la salute delle persone.
Il marchio KEY-MARK e il marchio Certiquality-UNI attestano che i
prodotti certificati sono conformi alle normative europee per le piastrelle
ceramiche.
La Dichiarazione Ambientale di Prodotto (EPD) comunica in modo
trasparente le prestazioni ambientali del gres porcellanato Lea Ceramiche
basandosi sull’analisi del ciclo di vita (LCA). I prodotti Lea Ceramiche
possiedono EPD specifica di tipo III, certificata da ente terzo indipendente
secondo le normative ISO 14025 e EN 15804 (PCR di riferimento). I Prodotti
certificati EPD sono richiesti dai principali sistemi di certificazione degli
edifici quali LEED (internazionale), BREEAM (Inghilterra), HQE (Francia) e
DGNB (Germania), nonché in schemi legislativi in Italia (requisiti per appalti
pubblici sostenibili). È una certificazione volontaria, che valorizza ancor più
i materiali Lea Ceramiche perché prodotti secondo i migliori standard di
sostenibilità e responsabilità.
Il marchio GREENGUARD certifica i prodotti che negli ambienti interni
garantiscono i più elevati standard di qualità dell’aria. Tutte le collezioni Lea
Ceramiche in gres porcellanato e Slimtech hanno ottenuto la certificazione
GREENGUARD GOLD, cioè lo standard di UL con i limiti più stringenti di
emissioni di VOC, e sono perciò in grado di assicurare la migliore salubrità
alle persone che vivono e che abitano gli ambienti. Per questo possono
essere impiegate in ambienti come scuole e strutture sanitarie, frequentate
da soggetti sensibili come i bambini e gli anziani.

e richiesta dai programmi di edilizia sostenibile e dai regolamenti di
progettazione e costruzione in tutto il mondo, come il LEED (internazionale)

I prodotti Lea Ceramiche sono conformi alla norma internazionale ISO

criteri di sostenibilità per le superfici ceramiche con l’obiettivo di fornire
a professionisti della progettazione, appaltatori e consumatori una norma
verificabile e valida a livello internazionale per qualificare il prodotto secondo
criteri di sostenibilità economica, ambientale e sociale.
La norma prevede trentotto parametri a cui è obbligatorio essere conformi e
che determinano un punteggio specifico per ogni prodotto, confrontandolo
con valori di riferimento. Solo le piastrelle in ceramica che raggiungono un
punteggio minimo di 117,5 possono ottenere la conformità alla norma ISO
17889-1.
Panariagroup ha adottato l’open standard HPD (Health Product Declaration),
riconosciuto da USGBC LEED, nato per promuovere l’attenzione verso
persone e consumatori tramite la rendicontazione delle caratteristiche del
prodotto e le informazioni sui rischi per la salute di tutti i soggetti coinvolti
nel progetto.
Strumento volontario, riconosciuto all’interno dei crediti LEED, che garantisce
la massima trasparenza in merito alla composizione chimica dei prodotti
Panariagroup e alla totale assenza di sostanze ritenute pericolose per la
