APLICACIÓN NORMA EUROPEA 2005/32 /CE ECO-DESIGN

La Direttiva Europea 2005/32/CE (denominata Eco-Design) ha come

obiettivo quello di rendere le abitazioni più efficienti dal punto di vista

energetico favorendo quindi lo sviluppo, la valorizzazione e l’integrazione

delle fonti rinnovabili e la diversificazione energetica, dando la preferenza

alle tecnologie a minore impatto ambientale (si stima che le caldaie possano

contribuire per il 15% al target europeo di riduzione della CO

2

).

Essa stabilisce che a partire dal 26 Settembre 2015 i produttori di caldaie non

possano più immettere sul mercato apparecchi che non siano a condensazione;

l’obbligo non comporta quindi il ritiro dal mercato delle caldaie di tipo tradizionale.

Potranno dunque ancora essere installate caldaie non a condensazione purché

la data di fabbricazione risulti antecedente al 26 Settembre 2015.

Le caldaie a condensazione sono generatori di calore in grado di recuperare

in buona parte il calore che viene ceduto all’impianto di riscaldamento,

contenuto nei fumi e che andrebbe altrimenti disperso dal camino; esse possono

anche essere utilizzate in abbinamento ai sistemi per lo sfruttamento di energie

rinnovabili. Si parla di un rendimento del 106% contro il 92% delle caldaie

tradizionali.

Queste ultime dunque non rientreranno più nelle nuove etichettature energetiche

previste dalla normativa.

Tale etichettatura regola gli standard minimi di efficienza per le caldaie;

gli apparecchi per riscaldare gli ambienti domestici avranno infatti una

classificazione da G sino ad A++. Gli apparecchi per la produzione di acqua

sanitaria avranno una classificazione che va da G ad A.

La sostituzione della caldaia da “tradizionale” a “condensazione” comporta

sia modifiche alla canna fumaria (vedi ns. catalogo Fumisteria), sia una

manutenzione all’impianto esistente. Per questo Tecnogas vi offre i giusti

IMPIANTI DI Pfoc < 350 kW

Gli impianti termici di Pfoc < 350kW nuovi, ristrutturati o sui quali viene sostituito

il generatore di calore a partire dal 25/06/2009 DEVONO essere dotati di sistemi

di trattamento dell’acqua secondo lo schema seguente.

SOLO RISCALDAMENTO, durezza temporanea acqua ≥ 25°f:

a) per gli impianti con Pfoc≤100 kW è richiesto soltanto il CONDIZIONAMENTO

CHIMICO (con il condizionamento chimico si evita il deposito delle incrostazioni

ma non varia la durezza ed i valori pur rimanendo maggiori di 25°f, sono ritenuti

a norma);

b) per gli impianti con Pfoc >100 e <350 kW è richiesto l’ADDOLCIMENTO (solo

con l’addolcimento la durezza diminuisce).

RISCALDAMENTO E (o solo) produzione di ACQUA CALDA SANITARIA,

durezza temporanea ≥ 15°f:

a) per gli impianti con Pfoc ≤100 kW è richiesto CONDIZIONAMENTO CHIMICO

e FILTRAZIONE;

b) per gli impianti con Pfoc >100 e <350 kW è richiesto l’ADDOLCIMENTO e

FILTRAZIONE.

IMPIANTI DI Pfoc ≥ 350 kW

Per gli impianti nuovi installati a partire dal 01/08/1994 con Pfoc ≥350kW si

devono seguire, come previsto dall’art.5 c.6 del DPR 412/93, le indicazioni della

UNI 8065:1989 di seguito riportate.

Se SOLO PRODUZIONE ACS, obbligatoriamente filtrazione e:

a) se durezza temporanea <25°f: condizionamento chimico o trattamento di

addolcimento;

b) se durezza temporanea ≥25°f: trattamento di addolcimento e, se necessario,

anche il condizionamento chimico.

Se PRODUZIONE ACS e (o solo) RISCALDAMENTO, obbligatoriamente

filtrazione e:

a) se durezza totale <15°f: condizionamento chimico;

b) se durezza totale ≥15°f: condizionamento chimico e addolcimento.

The European Directive 2005/32 / CE (Eco-Design) aims to make homes

more efficient in terms of energy thus promoting the development, enhancement

and integration of renewable energy sources and energy diversification, giving

preference to technologies with low environmental impact (it is estimated that

the boilers will contribute 15% to the European target of reducing CO

2

).

It states that from September 26th, 2015 boiler manufacturers can no longer

place on the market appliances that are not condensation; the obligation does

not therefore withdraw traditional boilers from the market. Not condensing

boilers therefore still be installed not provided the date of manufacture is prior

to September 26th, 2015.

Condensing boilers are heat generators able to recover in good part the

heat that is transferred to the heating system, contained in fumes and which

would otherwise be lost from the stack; they may also be used in conjunction

with system for the exploitation of renewable energy. There is talk of a return of

106% against the 92% of traditional boilers.

The latter therefore no longer fall in the new energy labeling required by law.

This labeling rules the minimum efficiency standards for boilers; appliances that

heat the home environment will have rating from G up to A++. Devices for the

production of sanitary water will have a classification that goes from G to A.

The replacement of the boiler from “traditional” to “condensation” entails

both changes to the chimney and maintenance to the existing plant. For this

Pfoc PLANTS <350 kW

The thermal plants of Pfoc <350kW new, restructured or on which replaces

the heat generator from 25/06/2009 should be equipped with water treatment

systems according to the following scheme.

HEATING ONLY, water hardness ≥25°f:

a) for systems with Pfoc ≤ 100 kW is required only CHEMICAL CONDITIONING

(with the chemical conditioning prevents the deposit of scale but does not

change the hardness and values while remaining greater than 25°f, are

considered under);

b) for systems with Pfoc> 100 and <350 kW is required SOFTENING (only by

softening the hardness decreases).

HEATING AND (or only) production of DHW, hardness ≥ 15°f:

a) for systems with Pfoc ≤ 100 kW is required FILTRATION and CHEMICAL

CONDITIONING;

b) for systems with Pfoc> 100 and <350 kW is required FILTRATION and

SOFTENING.

Pfoc PLANTS≥350 kW

For new plants installed since 01/08/1994 with Pfoc ≥ 350W must be followed,

as expected art.5 c.6 of Presidential Decree 412/93, the indications of UNI

8065:1989 below.

If ONLY PRODUCTION ACS, obligatorily filtration and:

a) if hardness <25°f: chemical conditioning or softening treatment;

b) if temporary hardness ≥ 25 ° f: softening treatment and, if necessary, also the

chemical conditioning.

If ACS PRODUCTION and (or only) heating, obligatorily filtration and:

a) if the total hardness <15°f: chemical conditioning;

b) if the total hardness ≥ 15°f: chemical conditioning and softening.
