Dati Tecnici

• Utilizza l’isolante Pyrogell, nanomateriale a bassissima conduttività termica ed

elevata resistenza e leggerezza

• Valore conduttività: λ = 0,014 W (m·K)

• Temperatura: costante da -200°C a +200°C - Temperatura di picco +600°C

• Spessore isolamento: solo 5mm!

• Tubo in acciaio inox corrugato 316L, Ø mm 16-20-25

• Ricoperto da guaina di PVC autoestinguente, disponibile nei colori nero, grigio,

marrone (coppo).

• Cavo di collegamento al sensore di temperatura inserito nella guaina.

• Fornibile in bobine da 50 m fino a 150 m

• Flessibile e compatto

• Resistente alle pressioni e al calore

• Minimo ingombro nel diametro dell’isolamento (5 mm)

• Resistente allo schiacciamento e al calpestio

• Resistente agli agenti esterni e climatici come i raggi UV, gli insetti, il beccaggio

e le forti pressioni!

RIDOTTO INGOMBRO

Lo spessore molto più sottile rispetto agli isolanti tradizionali (circa 3/4 volte!) lo

rende unico nel suo genere. Grazie a questa caratteristica è possibile l’installazione

sotto traccia a pavimento. La predisposizione per il taglio di precisione a metratura

esatta e la curva già impostata lo rendono maneggevole per il trasporto, lo

stoccaggio (ingombro quasi dimezzato!)e la vendita, abbattendo quindi di molto i

costi di gestione!

Le alette termosaldate che congiungono i due tubi abbinati sono predisposte per la

separazione con un semplice taglio di cutter, senza slacciamenti!

Non necessita di staffe di fissaggio.

Raccorderia in ottone da utilizzare per l’allacciamento del NANO PIPE SOLAR esente

da partcolari in plastica/gomma.

Technical details

• It uses Pyrogell insulating, nano material with very low thermic conductivity and

high resistance and lightness

• Conductivity value: λ = 0,014W (m-K)

• Temperature: constant from -200°C to +200°C – Peak temperature +600°C

• Insulating thickness: only 5mm!

• Steel inox corrugated pipe 316L, d. mm 16-20-25

• Covered with auto-extinguishing PVC, available black, grey, brown (pantile)

colours

• Connection cable to temperature sensor into the cover

• Available in rolls from 50 m to 150 m

• Flexible and compact

• Resistant to pressures and warm

• Minimum dimension regarding diameter of insulation (5 mm)

• Resistant to crushing and trampling

• Resistant to external and climatic agents like UV rays, bugs, birds and strong

pressures!

REDUCED DIMENSION

Thickness much more thin respect of traditional insulatings (about 3/4 times), makes

it unique. Thanks to this feature, installation underground is possible. Possibility to

cut according to how many needed meters and pre-set bending make it easy to

handle during transport, stock (space quite halved) and sale reducing a lot the costs.

Thermowelded small wings that connect the two pipes can be easily cut with a

cutter without unstraps!

It does not need fixing brackets.

Brass connections to connect NANO PIPE SOLAR without plastic or rubber parts.
