AVVERTENZE PER VALVOLE CON AZIONAMENTO PNEUMATI-

I raccordi di ingresso per l’aria di alimentazione hanno filettatura BSP

G1/4” per i DN50-200 e BSP G3/8” per i DN250-300.

La pressione di alimentazione deve essere compresa tra 6 e 10 bar.

Per assicurare una corretta chiusura si raccomanda di utilizzare una

pressione di alimentazione di almeno 6 bar.

Attenzione: Una pressione inferiore ai 6 bar può causare una aper-

tura/chiusura troppo lenta e una chiusura imperfetta.

L’aria fornita all’attuatore dovrà essere stata previamente filtrata,

deumidificata e lubrificata.

AVVERTENZE PER VALVOLE CON AZIONAMENTO ELETTRICO.

Il cliente è tenuto a seguire le istruzioni d’uso e manutenzione del

dispositivo di azionamento.

Le valvole con dispositivo di azionamento elettrico (in particolar

modo quelle con dispositivi modulanti) devono essere ispeziona-

te e lubrificate ogni settimana. Inoltre, il raccordo di lubrificazione

sul dispositivo e sull’albero filettato dovrebbero essere controllate

e lubrificate.

MANUTENZIONE

ATTENZIONE. OPERARE SU UNA CONDUTTURA IN PRESSIONE

PUÒ PROVOCARE INFORTUNI E DANNI ALLE ATTREZZATURE.

Prima di procedere a qualunque intervento di manutenzione o

smontaggio: attendere il raffreddamento di tubazioni, valvola e flui-

do, scaricare la pressione e drenare linea e tubazioni in presenza di

fluidi tossici, corrosivi, infiammabili o caustici.

Si raccomanda di eseguire una manovra di apertura e chiusura due

volte all’anno per verificare che il corretto funzionamento. E’ buo-

na norma pianificare ispezione periodiche per verificare l’assenza di

perdite tra corpo e lama e per verificare le condizioni delle tenute

in elastomero. Se si dovessero riscontrare perdite è possibile inter-

venire serrando leggermente le viti di precarico del premistoppa.

Se risultasse necessario sostituire gli elementi di tenuta procedere

come segue.

SOSTITUZIONE SEDE

a. Aprire completamente la valvola.

b. Estrarre con attenzione l’anello (1), evitando danni e deformazioni.

c. Estrarre la sede (2). Verificarne le condizioni e se necessario so-

stituirla.

d. Rimontare l’anello (1).

WARNING FOR VALVES WITH PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR

BSP G1/4” for DN50-200 and BSP G3/8”for DN250-300 threads are

provided for air supply connection.

Air supply pressure must be between 6 and 10 bar.

In order to ensure correct closure, a supply pressure of minimum 6 bar

is recommended.

NB: Pressure below 6 bar may cause the valve to open/close too

slowly, as well as incomplete closure.

The air supply to the actuator must have previously been filtered,

dehumidified and lubricated.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR VALVES WITH ELECTRIC ACTUATOR

The user must follow the instructions for using and maintaining the

actuator.

Valves with an electric actuator (especially those with modulating ac-

tuators) must be checked and lubricated every week.

MAINTENANCE

NB: OPERATING ON A LINE UNDER PRESSURE MIGHT CAUSE INJU-

RY AND DAMAGE TO THE PLANT.

Before dismantling or maintaining the plant:

Ensure that the pipes, valves and fluids have cooled down, the pressu-

re has decreased and the lines and pipes have been drained in case of

toxic, corrosive, inflammable or caustic liquids.

It is recommended that the valve be opened/closed at least twice a

year to check that it works properly. It is important to plan periodic

inspections to check for any leakages between the body and gate and

to verify the conditions of the elastomer seal. In the case of leakages,

the packing adjustment screws may be tightened a little. In the event

of it being necessary to replace the seals, proceed as indicated here

below:

REPLACING THE SEAT

a. Open the valve completely

b. Carefully remove the ring (1), avoiding damages and deformations.

c. Remove the seat (2). Verify the conditions and, if necessary, replace

it.

d. Reassemble the ring (1).
