Basement drains

without backwater valve

The drain for uncomplicated

applications.

Basement drains without backwater valves are ideally suitable

for basements that lie above the backwater level, meaning they

are not at risk of backwater flooding. We supply our basement

drains without backwater valves with or without odour trap and /

or sludge bucket as well as with lateral or vertical outlet.

Odour trap

We offer different drains with integrated odour traps

to protect against unpleasant odours from the sewer.

Many drains can also be equipped with our Multistop

waterless odour trap, whose tightly sealing flap pro-

vides additional protection against foam and vermin.

Basement drain Practicus

For installation in a concrete floor / slab

TÜV Rheinland Germany type tested and monitored

Made in PP. With removable odour trap,

with lip seal and protective cover

or use during construction.

Drainage capacity in l/sec with 20 mm /

10 mm threshold 1.6 l/sec / 1.1 l/sec.

Installation area:

lateral outlet: 220×180 mm

vertical outlet: 180×180 mm

With upper section in ABS
