FILMAX-SAN Anticorrosivo rigenerante impianto sanitario

Prodotto anticorrosivo, rigenerante per impianti sanitari vetusti che hanno subito processi di corrosione

avanzata nel corso degli anni (ruggine, calcare, sabbietta silicea). Il prodotto serve come protettivo delle

tubazioni in seguito alla disincrostazione della ruggine e del calcare per effetto dell’apposito prodotto

Zinconex-Lq. non è nocivo per la salute dell’uomo e dell’ambiente ed è classificato FDA per usi in

impianti alimentari. MODO D’USO: Dopo l’avvenuto decapaggio della ruggine e la disincrostazione

da calcare o silice, far circolare in ragione del 1,5 - 2 % per almeno 12 - 24 ore nell’impianto sanitario

creando un ricircolo del sistema e dopo lo svuotamento effettuare un lavaggio con acqua. Il prodotto

può rimanere nell’impianto anche più a lungo e non arrecherà alcun danno.

Regenerating anticorrosive for sanitary systems

Anticorrosion and regenerating product, for use on old sanitary systems that have undergone excessive

corrosion due to years of operation (rust, limescale, silica sand). The product is used to protect pipes

after the removal of rust and limescale thanks to the effect of the product Zinconex-LQ. It is a safe product

that is health hazard free to man as well as environmentally friendly, and has been approved by FDA

as safe for food equipment use systems. INSTRUCTION FOR USE: After removing rust and limescale,

allow the product to flow let circulate in ratio of 1,5 - 2 % through the sanitary system for at least 12 -

24 hours, creating a recycling effect of the system and after draining, rinse thoroughly with water. The

product can safely remain in the system for a longer period of time without doing harm to the system.

DEOXID Anticorrosivo antincrostante caldaie vapore

Deossigenante, antincrostante per impianti di riscaldamento e vapore, caldaie a vapore operanti a pressione fino

a 63 bar, anche sotto specifiche FDA per la produzione di vapore puro uso alimentare. Deoxid è una formulazione

acquosa stabilizzata ed esente da idrazina. elimina fenomeni di formazione di ossigeno negli impianti di

riscaldamento. Promuove anche la formazione ed il mantenimento di magnetite (Fe

3

o

4

) che aderendo alle

superfici ferrose ne impedisce la corrosione. MODO D’USO: Dosare DeoXID puro in ragione di 50 - 60 mg/lt ogni

ppm di ossigeno disciolto nell’acqua di alimentazione (vedi tabella in funzione della temperatura, sulla scheda

tecnica del prodotto) preferibilmente nella cassa di alimentazione della caldaia, avendo cura di mantenere un

range di pH fra 8,3 e 9,5 e mantenendo almeno 15 - 30 ppm di solfito non reagito nell’acqua del circuito.

Anticorrosive descaling steam boilers

Descaling, deoxygenating agent for steam boilers working up to 63-bar pressures also under FDA specifications

for the production of steam for alimentary use. Deoxid is an aqueous formula suitably stabilized and added up

with antifoaming agent, salt sequestering agents and hydrazine free. Its function is to eliminate oxygen formation

inside the heating plants. Deoxid also stimulates the formation and maintenance of magnetite (Fe

3

O

4

) which,

adhering to the ferrous surfaces prevents their corrosion. INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Pour pure Deoxid to the ratio

of 50 – 60 mg/l per ppm of oxygen dissolved in the feed-water (see table according to the temperature, on the

product safety material data sheet) preferably into the boiler feeding tank downstream the deaerator, or through

the boiler expansion tank minding to keep the pH range between 8.3 and 9.5 and keeping at least 15 to 30 ppm

of non-reacted sulphite in the circuit water.
